f(x) chosen as the models for K-SWISS


f(x) who is emerging as the next hot icons of Asia, will be the face of global premium sports brand K-SWISS.

A month after their debut, f(x) has been chosen as the exclusive models for a cell phone brand and K-SWISS. As soon as they debuted, f(x) has been receiving love calls for many CFs due to their popularity.

A representative from K-SWISS explained they chose f(x) as their models because, “f(x) has already established themselves among the girl groups with their strong performances and multinational members, so we have selected them as our model because we believe that K-SWISS’ active and global image matches well with the group.” Also “With the diverse talents and character each member possesses, we anticipate the great vitality that will stir up in the brand with each member’s charms.

It is said that they will proceed with various projects in which they will bring out f(x)’s image, through the clothes and accessories which will be a part of the ‘f(x) line’.

f(x) will officially start their activities as the K-SWISS models through a winter season magazine advertisement photo shoot. The magazine advertisement in which f(x) will emerge as the models, is expected to be revealed in November.

Also through a magazine photo shoot and commercial, they were recognized as having the ability to absorb themselves with a high standard model’s pose and costume. So we anticipate on seeing f(x)’s more stylish side through the coming winter season photo shoot for K-SWISS.

Driven by the star power of Lee Junki, MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama Hero [히어로] has been licensed for a Japanese broadcast even before it airs in Korea. This is not that surprising when one considers Lee Junki’s widespread popularity throughout Asia, but what IS surprising is the recent admission that the licensing was done far in advance — as far back as last November.

A source explained on October 9 that most dramas in this climate are subject to economic considerations and licensing is generally not finalized until two to four episodes have aired. “However, in Hero’s case, recognition of the solid synopsis and lead actor Lee Junki has led to an unusual circumstance of an early sale at a high price.”

Jo Kwon was on the pilot of SBS's talk variety show "Tto Ki Yeol Jun (Talk/Skill Battle)" on October 11, where he showed off his acting with his expressions and his dance parade.

Jo Kwon, who was also accompanied by Im Seulong on the show, performed Lee Jung Hyun's fan dance that was famous in "Wa" as well as SNSD's "Tell Me Your Wish" dance. He impressed the judges Lee Gyung Shil, Jo Hyung Ki and Kim Tae Won and won the "Tto Ki King."

Final Deadline For Document Submission

According to officials about the recent exclusive contract conflict issues against SM Entertainment (SM) involving 3 TVXQ members Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yoochun, both side will need to launch the final written official stands as for today.

The law firm official that is representing 3 TVXQ members on October 12th had a phone call with MtStar News, “The court told me that today is the last day to submit official stand documents for both parties. So today is the last chance for both sides to strengthen each other side’s defense in written document.”

Seoul Central District Court announced that last August 21st was the deadline of submitting papers required from the 1st hearing that was already represented on last September 11th trial, however due to large documents submission from both sides and time limit pressure, the final deadline to complete the documents was determined as in today.

The official also said, “After the last submission of official stands document today, sooner or later the court’s decision of unfairness long term contract matter will finally be released.”

The three members of TVXQ filed a disposition application to terminate exclusive contract effect to Seoul Central District Court on July 31st against SM Entertainment. To verify income information, there is evidence preservation application that has been confirmed needs to be submitted.

However in this case the leader U-Know Yunho and the youngest Choikang Changmin did not participate.

FT Island is back with new album ‘One Date’! New song ‘Lie’ to be revealed

After receiving much love for the song ‘I Hope’ off their 3rd album released recently, FT Island will be returning to the Kpop realm once more.
FT Island will be releasing an album ‘Double Date’ end-October, and it will be divided into ‘One Date’ and ‘Two Date’ albums. And for the first album ‘One Date’, the song ‘Lie’ will be revealed.
‘Lie’ is a song that talks about the heartbreak that lingers even after breaking up with that someone you love. The song will be revealed through online music sites and also Mnet on 13th October.
Meanwhile, each of the FT Island members are doing their individual activities while member Lee HongKi participates in SBS drama ‘You’re Beautiful’. They will be back again as a group on 14th and 15th November for their concert.

With their comeback ahead, SHINee Key's extreme transformation pictures have been revealed. SHINee, who has their comeback ahead, are gradually revealing the pictures with their new transformations.
