5 INPINITEU Members Graduate, OP Refuses To Believe But Feels Proud Nevertheless

7-members idol group, INFINITE’s 5 members who admitted to Daekyung University in 2011 will graduate on 15th.

The owners of the graduation hats are the members of INFINITE who are studying Applied Music programme, Kim Sung Kyu(25), L(22), Sungyeol(23), Hoya(23) and Dongwoo(24).

They admitted to the University with special admission in 2011. As their first choice of wish list was the same university and same programme at that time, this became a hot issue.

Although they have busy schedule, they still take some time to finish the professional programme. They had attended the exams, actively spending their time in campus.

On the other hand, INFINITE members have rich experience on the stage so they share their precious experience about vocal and dance with the juniors.

“Popular idol group members choose Daekyung University together and finally graduated. I hope INFINITE can be a idol group who helps to enhance the honor of the university.Now, we award them the name of “Daekyung Univeristy students who make us proud of” .” Kim Keon Pyo, professor of Daekyung University said.

Besides, Kim Sung Kyu, Sungyeol and L will be the representatives of the graduation ceremony this time. INFINITE-H members, Hoya and Dongwoo can’t attend due to their own schedule.

That's their Korean age. Sungkyu is a 89er, Dongwoo's from '90, Hoya and Yeol are 91ers and L, 92. So basically Hoya for instance is 21 I always remember him cause he's my age, just four months older than me).

How does the system work...? They enrolled in 2011 and it's only early 2013.
But congrats to the boys, I got scared that they graduated out of Infinite and I was going to cry tears of sadness ;_____;.

Is it some sort of quick program or something? Cause that's just two years, wtf. Didn't Hoya drop out of HS too? I'm supposing he got that diploma they can get through an exam? I keep hearing about that but never understanding lmao.

maybe he made some exams to complete HS? a friend of mine did one exam with 3years of subjects and passed it. now he's in college

Yeah, I guess so. It's weird to me because in my country you have to go through HS at all cases, so people who dropped out usually get the night turn which (I think) has a couple less subjects and it's less demanding. But you do have to do it, from what I know (unless you go through professional courses up and up till you get the level to go into college). // uninteresting comment, sorry, lol.

yeah it used to be like that in here, but then things changed. for me it gets extremely hard if you have to make an exam with so much thing from years you weren't there to learn.

Yeah, it is. I did get to do two of those, because the system changed here just when I got into college and when I dropped out and tried to get somewhere else, I was at a disadvantage so I got to do two specific exams and it was SO DAMN HARD. One subject I had a perfect score just because it was sth I was really good at, but the other one I barely passed :| Better to get the HS diploma in time, lol. You can wait for college if you don't wanna go, but I my advice is always to get the HS diploma, tbh.

I fortunatly passed my HS without any problem, but like you have subjects that is from 10grade to 11 grade or from 11 to 12and then you have to make an exam of that subject. if you don't pass then you're stuck with that subject until god knows when

Y'all they most likely have trade degrees.
One can get a Music Production and Music Business degree in 2 years.
Seeing that they got in with special admissions they were only going to be there for specific programs. If that's their career path why bother with the rest.

Yeah? In my country all university degrees are 4 years long; otherwise you don't get in university. But it makes sense that it happens in other places. And ofc they got sth music related, it's also probably easier for them to actually do something about it since they are in the business already.

And yeah about the two year thing, they're either getting certificates/diplomas or associates degrees, which can be done in two years or less. Daekyung looks like it's a trade school too, or at least from what I can gather from Google. :P
