Gorgeous First Poster For Park Chan-wook's STOKER





Oldboy director Park Chan-wook has always had a very particular, very demanding eye for design so it comes as no surprise that the first poster for his upcoming English language debut, Stoker, is a striking and unique piece of work.

After India's (Wasikowska's) father dies in an auto accident, her Uncle Charlie (Goode), who she never knew existed, comes to live with her and her emotionally unstable mother Evelyn (Kidman). Soon after his arrival, she comes to suspect this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives, but instead of feeling outrage or horror, this friendless girl becomes increasingly infatuated with him.

Written by Wentwork Miller and starring Mia Wasikowska, Nicole Kidman, Matthew Goode, Dermot Mulroney and Jacki Weaver, Stoker hits screens March 1st.

S. Korean director wins award from U.S. Filmmakers Alliance



SEOUL, Oct. 31 (Yonhap) -- South Korean movie director Kim Jee-woon has won a coveted award from U.S. Filmmakers Alliance, a community of film artists dedicated to promoting independent films, a local entertainment company said Wednesday.

Kim received the Vision Award for creative filmmakers at the annual VisionFest celebration hosted by the group on Tuesday night (U.S. western time) in Hollywood, CJ Entertainment said.

Bae Doo Na surprises fans with her different looks in Hollywood movie ‘Cloud Atlas’



Bae Doo Na has shown off a complete transformation for the Hollywood movie ‘Cloud Atlas‘.

The actress is currently starring in the movie as Sonmi~451, a cloned being in ‘Neo Seoul’. The movie features big names such as Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, and Hugh Grant and is currently playing in theaters.

Recently two still cuts of Bae Doo Na in the movie were uploaded online, shocking fans. Fans were familiar with the first cut, which features Bae Doo Na as the Asian Sonmi~451 character. However, the second photo showed her as Tilda Ewing, a non-Asian character. She sported frizzy red hair, green eyes and pale skin with freckles all over her face, and fans would not have recognized her unless they were told.

double eyelid tape or glue? lol maybe you could call that makeup, depending on how you think of it. Actually, I bet something like that would be easy to do with a professional makeup team

i wasn't sure if double eyelid tape/glue can be considered make-up. and i haven't really seen people who've used those have double eyelids that pronounced. they really made her look like she has deep set eyes.
