It seems Psy will be keeping his shirt on, at least for another week.
After ranking 11th on Billboard‘s ‘Hot 100‘ chart last week, according to Billboard’s Gary Trust, Psy has leaped up 9 spots to 2nd place with his hit song, “Gangnam Style“. Maroon 5‘s “One More Night” was strong enough to hold off Psy and remain at the top spot for another week.
At a recent press conference, Psy promised to perform shirtless if “Gangnam Style” had reach the top spot on Billboard’s “Hot 100″. Now, we’ll have to wait another week to see if Psy can reach the top spot.

The song surges in all fields that contribute to the Hot 100's data pool: it climbs 4-1 on Hot Digital Songs (301,000, up 60%), 43-9 on On-Demand Songs (616,000, up 105%) and 68-34 on Hot 100 Airplay (34 million, up 79%). The song is likewise the top-gaining track on the Mainstream Top 40 radio airplay chart (28-19, up 95% in plays).
With "Style" up by 67% in overall Hot 100 points and "Night" gaining by 12%, and the points gap between the two songs tight this week, the stage could be set for PSY to trot into the chart's winner's circle as soon as next week. Also on-watch: Rihanna's new single "Diamonds," which hit radio and retail today and could make a lofty launch on the Hot 100 next week.

I also heard it on 103.5 and it was #1 on Z100's top 9 at 9 last night, which is when they play the top 9 requested songs of the day every Mon to Friday night.
