People were just actually like it was the best game of 2012, when I just came out.
When in reality it wasn't anything special tbh.

Yeah, I'm a Elder Scrolls fan myself as well, but honestly Skyrim has/had too many "issues" for me to even think of it being best game of 2012.
Best Sandbox/Exploring game of 2012 sure (I don't think Minecraft counts in this case because it's been out for a while).
