It's sorta weird to see a Tablo-related video this polished and shiny and sparkly. I know it comes with the YG territory and I'm glad he's with an able company now but I kinda miss the more minimalistic yet still clean Epik High videos of old...
Good song. They both sound good, but I would like to hear a version with Daesung singing too; his voice would fit the song well.
Okay, lets face it, I’m biased. I first heard the song and was upset with it, but the more I listen the more I love it. The MV is a typical flashy YG MV, and why is there almost more Taeyang than Tablo? Taeyang’s voice fits very well with the song and Tablo’s rough voice, but isn’t this Tablo’s MV? Anyway, I’m okay with this MV. It wasn’t nearly as good as Bad, but I’ll still support it. I am now absolutely in love with the song, I just wish the MV was a bit more to the lyrics and showed more Tablo (who looks wonderful here! So killer!).
Looks like YG decided to take an SM approach to this mv, except instead of being in a random room it's outside. Instead of a dance there's cars driving around and a heliocopter. Such disappointment for the mv and the song after Bad. This seems more like a Taeyang featuring Tablo song instead of the other way around. While Taeyang has the reprise I have to force myself to be reminded Tablo sang during this beyond sarangeun. Basic beat and no build up can be part of the blame, but I had to mess with my volume to hear Tablo compared to Taeyang, so seems like audio issues too. Well, there will always be a lackluster song/mv, but to have the two combined together....Terrible results. Hoping the next song/mv winds up being ten times better. On the lovely superficial note, I was so damn distracted by the wardrobe choice and Tablo's hair. Something was not adding together, especially when compared to Taeyang's wardrobe/hair.
I knew it. As soon as any Big Bang member so much as touches one of Tablo's MVs, it would turn into a boring turd. This video was Love Song sans the exploding car. In this one, the cars move.

Is that advisable? Not one, but TWO cars swerving around 2 idols AND a helicopter...in south korea. Just...do the research. Music videos, dramas, and general kpop news. Car + Person = fatality/accident/unexplainable collision.
