BTS' annual celebration "Festa" finished on Sunday 13th (their 8th anniversary). They released a little medley from theirs past albums.
On Sunday 13th and Monday 14th June, BTS performed for Muster "Sowoozoo" (their annual fan concert to close "Festa"). They didn't do it last year due to COVID-19, and this year, both concerts had no audience (South Korea eased restrictions on Monday, allowing 4 000 people to attend concerts and other cultural shows - it was below 100 people since late last year).
Their online concerts attracted over 1,33 million people from 195 regions.

On July 9th (ARMY anniversary) BTS will release the CD of "Butter" (a Peaches and a Cream versions) with a new additional song called "Permission To Dance". Will be included in this CD: a photobook, a photocard, an instant photocard, some stickers, a poster (first press only), some lyric cards, a photo stand and a message card.

Date: 2021-06-15 02:32 pm (UTC)The VCR were so weird and filled with this 60's song, so fans speculated the album will be 60's inspired (with PopArt in the "Butter" promo)
They were as chaotic as ever, like they never will change! Running everywhere with water bottles, Jin and Jungkook being silly, and Taehyung was really chaotic on both days.
Yeah I also thought we'll get the album announcement. I think the second song is going something for ARMY, I hope it's not a better song than "Butter" and they don't promote it at all because that would suck.
And the sales of this CD doesn't even count for Billboard so it's weird, just cash grab for fans who collect.
If they want a chance for the Grammy they need to release the album in August so maybe they're waiting for their Japanese album and "Butter" to get out of the way. Big Hit said they will release the schedule when the artists are ready which they always do say when the comeback is near.

lol exactly! that's why when they came out with the news a few days ago i thought they would announce a full album. maybe bangtan wants to wait promotions until they're sure that can actually perform in front of a real audience, they seem to be missing it a lot (jungkook 😢)

They barely did any promo for "Butter" which is really surprising, I thought they'd do another 35 performances like they did for "Dynamite". Perhaps losing that Grammy soured them a bit or maybe that second track will be promoted as a TT.
Now that South Korea eased restrictions I'm sure they'll do a live concert in Seoul in Autumn if they can. Hopefully they'll stream it.

Date: 2021-06-15 10:05 pm (UTC)exactly! like its great to support artists/companies/whatever financially when theyre still small or struggling but when theyre all millionaires going out of your way to harass and guilt people with no disposable income to spend on things like muster for watching the only way that is accessible to them so you can further line the pockets of the multi millionaires is just so out of touch.
