What's new? Released on May 31st, TXT's second album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" is the best selling album (43 000 album units= 39 000 pure sales + 6,42 million on-demand streams) of this week and enters the Billboard 200 chart at No. 5!  They join EXO and BTS as the only Korean acts to chart at least 4 albums!

EXO international fanbase is really carrying , this is great and apparently these are the highest debuts by SM artists in both charts , considering everything this makes it better lol, my almost disbanded faves did that

Congratulations to everyone here, TXT really is growing ! Also i didn't know exo has 4 entries in the BB 200, i hope this album makes it too

I'm surprised by how much intl fanbase keeping Exo alive throughout this stale comeback I thought the Chinese fans would carry. Also, Aespa keeps dropping idk if that means anything though bc apparently they are a lot more popular than I thought.

Chinese fans carried with physical albums, they bought 500k and the album is doing very good in Chinese charts and is the kpop album that has sold the most this year in China ( like 400k digital copies i think ?) And yeah other international fans are doing very good in Spotify and YT , and tbh even the Korean fans that remain are doing what they can considering everything ( i mean they still have a lot of fans but many are boycotting because Chanyeol and Chen )

Aespa are doing great in kcharts ! Apparently the song is really popular with college adults and high school kids ? But the fandom is a mess lmao , not even 7 months old and it has solo Stans and akgaes, mostly of Winter and Karina and they are at each other's throats , wannabe blinks but at least BP barely does things as a group so it makes more sense

Same (I'm a 2019 fan ) and considering everything they really are doing great, the only bad thing is kcharts but i didn't even expect them to debut there lmaoo , truly the roaches of kpop , nothing can beat them

Other groups would have disbanded 5 times with everything that has happened but not exo

Say what you want about EXO but when it comes to longevity, they're unmatched. I think its rare for groups to keep selling that high almost a decade into their careers especially with every scandal they've weathered

All the singles chart debuts are making me so happy! And TXT going as high as #5 is mind blowing to me. But BTS staying at #1 for 3 straight weeks is frankly beyond my comprehension. So proud of them and all the effort army put into this!

I was disappointed in how poorly EXO has been doing on the k-charts (they're officially out of the Melon top 100) since EXO used to have strong streaming numbers, however, I am pleasantly surprised by how well they're doing internationally — they've broken both personal records and overall records. The international fans are definitely hard carrying this comeback for sure. Also, they achieved sextuple million seller status with this album. Not bad for an unpromoted mini album from the former top BG. Come through EXO!
