thank youu! i have vapoursynth downloaded from when i used to make gifs all the time i do all the resizing and sharpening there which keeps the quality high and then its just luck whatever happens to stay under 100mb lol for every icon i upload i have like 10 that were just never going to get under 100mb without completely ruining the quality

Oh wow I tried to download it but on Mac it's not easy. I don't understand why it's not a program you just install, it drove me mad lol. I downloaded a few stuff, then made space on my laptop because I couldn't install them, and still no vapour T_T I legit spent so many hours, I am crying! I'm trying to find something similar, I will not be defeated!
i just tried to go back to where i got it from because the person who provided the link for the downloaded also provided loads of instructions but its been deleted since :( i dont think avisynth used to work with mac back when i downloaded vs buts its super similar to vapoursynth and i think supports mac if you could get a download for it instead
not samsung trying to convince us that bts performances are recorded on a samsung phone when bts themselves don't even use samsung phones themselves, we all know it. (however for mcountdown and inkigayo these phones might be an upgrade, their video quality is always so bad)
