On the new Run BTS Ep. 109, the 7 members tried their hand at voice acting. They seemed to enjoy themselves voicing characters from "The Lion King", "Toy Story" and "Zootopia".

A hint about BTS being voices in an upcoming animated project ?
This episode of Run BTS! was really great ! And I agree, Jimin killed Judy's voice ! Jin too was great as Nick the closest experience he had to actual acting !
I'm sorry, I don't know half of these artists on this iHeart Radio Festival lineup, but it's looks so shitty and random (do these people have albums to promote ?).They probably don't need another big name to bring the money thanks to BTS, but I hope they will for the sake of people's ears.
BTS's end of August comeback is becoming more and more certain.

Their Zootopia dubbing was good but their Lion King one has to be my favourite! Namjin really killed their hyena parts (even if all Namjoon did was laugh lmao), and Jimin did great in all of the roles he took. I love how their instructor was so into it just as they were like idk if he was having just as much fun as they were but it was a fun episode to watch lmao

ngl I'm looking forward to BTS and Coldplay the most. But the August comeback rumours really are becoming more and more certain, especially since they're radio silent on Twitter again.

Yes I loved the instructor, he seemed passionate about his job and it showed !
I think the whole world was frustrating with Flash when the movie came out but they were cute, even the voice actor was impatient haha

Not gonna lie Coldplay "Parachutes" and "A rush of blood to the head" were my jam when I was in high school. But the last 2-3 albums are meh to me. It'll be interesting to see them with no audience because they're really good live.

Flash was an adorable sloth but I swear I wanted to pull my hair out when he was on screen. I was literally Jin and Jimin when I was watching that in the cinema lmao. And I agree, the instructor really loved his job! Probably why BTS had a lot of fun dubbing as well lmao

i'm really behind run bts episodes because i'm watching them from the beginning with a friend who's the biggest bts fan but has never watched run bts - so when quarantine started we've been watching them together separately which is so much fun! this episode sounds really original though, isn't judy originally a female presenting character? jimin is a gender neutral king tbh

Yeah Judy is voiced by actresses but in the beginning for the Lion King scene, the instructor asked which member could have the most unisex voice and they were like "YEP JIMIN" so for Zootopia he just volunteered.

The president of entertainment enterprises for iHeartMedia said:
"(...)we do have a theater — the iHeartRadio Theater in Los Angeles — which will be completely scrubbed and cleaned with no audience. We’ll put a Zoom suite of fans in there so the artists can look out and see, but they won’t really be there. And we’ll have a production team outside the facility remotely in a parking lot and the artists will have the venue to themselves for an entire day. They’ll be able to rehearse, plug in and play live, we’ll have video effects and sound."

I think BTS will do their part from South Korea.... but there's still a possibility they'll fly to LA if they want to film a MV ? But they'll be shred to pieces if they do that I think.

Yeah I think they spend a few weeks in the US to film the 3 MVs + James Corden's show + Jimmy Fallon's show.

I want a more traditional (and outside with real sets plz) Korean MV but Yoongi already did it with his last Agust D MV.

Yeah, Judy is a female-presenting character! When you see their Lion King one, Jimin dubs another female-presenting character, Shenzi the hyena (voiced by Whoopi Goldberg). The director asked for someone who could sound gender-neutral and Yoongi was quick to point at Jimin because he has the highest pitch among them. He did really good tbh I think Jimin (and Jin) may have just found another thing they could do if BH lets them.

Yeah, that's what I'm curious about too! iHR did say they were doing it via livestream but "live from Nashville" and another place so idk if they're performing live in the US or renting out something big/culturally important like they did with Youtube Class of 2020?

Jimin was dubbing Judy in the scene where she got frustrated talking to Flash the sloth (dubbed by Jungkook) who speaks slowly. Well that's my guess, maybe he has a ... fetish. Quarantine made all of us weird.

iheart radio or should say media is one of the biggest radio/media companies in American and we usually do a music festival every year in Vegas over two days. It's suppose to hit on every genre in America because we have radio stations and online presence in almost all genres. The issue is the pandemic is ravaging the states and doing the best we can during this time.
