BTS last Japanese album is out now. We already heard "Stay Gold", the first single and this is "Your Eyes Tell" which Jungkook  helped composing and producing. It was supposed to be on his mixtape (it's been 84 years my boy) but was chosen to be on the OST of the Japanese movie "Your Eyes Tell' out in October.

I don't know what they did to Fake Love but it sounds so weird and Jimin's part in Black Swan, what happened ?
I like Dionysus though, it's less messy and Boy With Luv is still cute.
I'm not the biggest fan of the studo version of "Your Eyes Tell", the "live" they did yesterday was so much better, it's really high pitch but the vocal line nailed it.

lol i am obviously bangtan-starved because i actually like some of those!
the new versions at least. Boy With Luv is indeed very cute and Dionysus sounds good (although i always loved it anyway). IDOL and Black Swan are not too bad either.
but oh my god, the original japanese songs are just boring as hell =/

your eyes tell definitely suits an ost, i'm not super into it but the instrumental sounds good.

i was thinking the other day that it's pretty interesting how bangtan usually (with some minor exceptions) promotes with their korean songs outside of korea with the exception of japan. i wonder why they decided to still make japanese albums and songs but not english songs (not that i want them too, i just what the reasoning could be).

They seem to all do that. Japan is a major market for k-pop and Japanese fans spend a lot of money. Translating their songs into Japanese help them make easy money and be more popular. And with a few exceptions, a lot of idols are basically unknown outside of Asia.
I always thought it was funny how a modern country like Japan stays a bit traditional and is still a bit afraid of other langages, but I underestimated how huge Japan actually is when I went there. The country doesn't need k-pop but k-pop groups need Japan if they want success. Now they just secure their futur, get those easy coins and don't let people forget them when they'll get back in 10 years for a last memory lane tour.

I hope I'm wrong, but I think they will have an english collab on their next album. I fucking hope it won't be Ariana brownface Grande, they seem to love her, put her in their Spotify playlists which got released a few days ago and I fucking loathe her and her whispering/breathing voice. Urgh

Yeah I think it's funny too because fans love to do montages of them supposedly laughing/being sarcastic about the possibility of recording an album in English, as if it's something absurd and incongruous with a "Korean pride" or whatever. Yet they make Japanese song and abundant Japanese-tailored content and I dont even need to mention what the Japanese Empire has done to Korea in the modern age.
Just another case of Western fans trying to make things woker than they are and being completely clueless about it.

Thank you for posting, I enjoyed hearing the songs in Japanese. Lights and Stay Gold I love. Dinosyous and On were both really good, and Make it Right I don't think I will ever make a difference what language they sing in the song is still one of my Favorites!
