On the 14th, YG released an official statement confirming the accident writing, "We’ve confirmed that a car with iKON members inside was in an accident on the 13th on Route 3 heading from Sacheon, South Gyeongsang Province to Namhae-gun."

"The level of injuries to the members on board the vehicle including driver A were judged to be minor and after receiving emergency treatment they're currently in stable condition and resting at their dorm."

"The agency feels deep concern and heavy responsibility regarding the accident which arose despite strict internal regulations about driving while under the influence. We will be carrying out a thorough internal investigation and taking appropriate severe measures. The driver A will be faithfully cooperating with police investigations. We sincerely apologize. "
