According to music distributor Dreamus Company, the new album, as of February 17, hit 4.02 million pre-orders, widening the gap even further with the group’s previous albums. Last month, BTS broke the previous record set by their 2019 mini album “Map of the Soul: Persona,” when pre-orders for the new album hit a whopping 3.42 million just seven days after pre-orders began.

The new album, featuring a track list of 20 songs, including the lead single “ON,” is due out on February 21 at 6 p.m. KST.
