Date: 2020-02-05 02:08 am (UTC)Why is there even a military court and why do they have to transfer his case? He wasn't a soldier when he committed those crimes and is still a regular citizen. Korean justice system is so weird.

Date: 2020-02-05 02:15 am (UTC)This video goes into more in-depth about why that seems the case. While, I'm not a fan of it, it is their justice system, which is different from the American justice system. I also feel like Germany's justice system is also bad with cases of assault/criminal behavior too. Sometimes I don't want to impose my Western views onto international courts of justices but cases like this though ://

Date: 2020-02-05 06:47 am (UTC)The military and soldiers have the capability to make your life utter hell, and I don't mean bullying and horrific violence. I hope that his unit, at least, f-cks with him non-stop and controls his life into a dank hole of misery.
It's not enough, but better than probation on a golf course.
