Rapper Hash Swan has returned to Instagram to ask both his fans and BTS’s fans to stop fighting.

Earlier this week, Hash Swan became unexpectedly swept up in BTS’s Jungkook’s dating rumors (which have since been denied by Big Hit Entertainment). After a photo surfaced on an online community of a man alleged to be Jungkook hugging a woman from behind, some people began to speculate that the man in the photo was actually Hash Swan. The rapper responded by posting the photo on Instagram and clarifying, “This isn’t me. I’m [saying this] because so many people are asking me about it.”

Shortly afterwards, Hash Swan deleted his post due to multiple requests to remove the photo. He later shared multiple screenshots of people mocking him and his appearance on social media, before ultimately posting a lengthy message asking people to stop harassing him.

On September 18, Hash Swan took to Instagram Live to call for peace between his fans and BTS’s fans. He remarked, “While I did get my feelings hurt during this past incident, I don’t think that this is something fans should be fighting over. I’m fine now. I feel guilty seeing [our] fans fighting amongst themselves. We’ve figured out the situation [regarding the photo], and it’s all over now. Let’s not fight.”

The rapper also stated that he didn’t consider those who had attacked him “true BTS fans.” He explained, “Even though both sides’ fans are fighting, the people who attacked me by sending me DMs and messages weren’t true BTS fans anyway. This is a problem created by a minority of people who aren’t even real BTS fans.”

Asking his followers to consider Jungkook’s feelings, Hash Swan continued, “It’s true that I got hit by a stone out of nowhere when I wasn’t doing anything [a Korean expression describing someone who gets attacked for no reason]. But I’ve also received many apologies for it. I think that BTS’s Jungkook must be just as upset as I am and going through a difficult time as well. But due to the requirements of his job, even if he had something he wanted to say right now, he wouldn’t be able to say it.”

“Idols and rappers are different,” he went on. “It doesn’t matter if I say whatever I want to say and my image is tarnished, but [Jungkook] isn’t free to express himself [like that].”

Hash Swan concluded, “Let’s stop everything. I don’t know if you’re doing this to protect [the artists you support] or because you hate the other artist’s fans, but let’s stop now.”

ARMY ain’t shit for trying to first claim it’s not Jungkook and then claiming he was with someone married/lesbian/taken.
Either way it looks like Jungkook is either very good at making friends fast or was having some real fun on vacation, or basically getting it on with someone who is already in a relationship.

So many of his stans are internally seething but unable to say anything in the overtly positive and pc culture up on their social media platforms.
I am thoroughly enjoying this.

I think when the pictures first came out, ARMYs tried to deflect and say the guy in the picture was Hash Swan. And then he said it wasn't him and his (Hash Swan's) fans got mad and started fighting with ARMYs as well and this is him basically saying, ok cut it out it's done now.

I genuinely didn't know this was the start, i just knew that the cctv photo came out of nowhere and I was just riding with the wave. Then I've read some people said something like "it's Swan's fault for uploading the picture, he's the one who started it for attention." and I was genuinely dumbfounded lmao who is this Swan person??

ARMYs (and I say this as a huge fan of BTS) will literally bully people from the internet. The meltdown but try-not-to-show-that-we're-melting-down armys had on the day this all happened was hilarious. They've always been on such a high horse about how they aren't like all the other "kpoppies" and would be above going insane when dating news came out ...but lo and behold. All the excuses they ran through ("it's not him!" "ok it's him but she's gay!" "ok she's not gay but she IS married!" "ok she isn't married but she DOES have a boyfriend") were amusing to watch.

Yeah, people keep saying they could be friends but idk if people here are aware of skinship dynamics in SK but my family would side-eye me if I were to have a backhug with a friend of the opposite sex if there wasn't at least something going on.

I've been bracing for 95-line eventually getting caught. Jimin's been the most popular in Korea (judging from Gallup poll rankings) since after Blood, Sweat & Tears era but Taehyung I think has the most fans worldwide so either way, the fandom implosion would be gigantic.

Armys made a huge deal because of one picture, trended articles, hashtags, and after all this got huge and embarrassing, they are now saying it was not Armys or fans that did it, it was non-fans/haters trying to make BTS and their fans look bad.

It's funny because they make a big deal and get everyone attention making their articles and hashtags trend. Everytime is the same, they make a mess and huge deal, and then get ashamed, and start to trend "respect BTS!! lets make "get well ___ soon! " "we are with you ____ " "respect ____ member"

And they go after others, accusing others, like this guy Hash Swan, that did anything, or even the tattoo manager guy, seems like he posted "JK and the girl are just friends, no dating" fans complained about him telling this, and now the guy was fired !??.

BTS members are treated like babies. I noticed some fans love this image that BTS is different from others, like saints, they talk stuff like "Look BTS! They never go to parties, they go fishing, go to museum or spend time with their fans at V app"

And this is kind dangerous, because fans get this Self Entitlement that BTS must tell them everything, where they go, what they do.. For example: most awards ceremony BTS went, they never went to after parties, most of time they went straight to their rooms, and made live V app, making fans happy and proud their favs is not flirting or having fun in the after party (kind selfish, they never can have fun, must live for their fans) .


I feel bad for them, even the normal stuff make fans go crazy, Jimin partying or JK hugging someone (I just got to know it because it was "respect jimin/jk" trending lol)

A lot of them (particularly men) do drugs and party, its easy for them to get access and alcohol culture in SK makes the US look sober. They are grown men, not babies. Agreed. I'm a BTS fan but it's exhausting being ARMY most times. I've been a kpop fan since 2008 and I swear some ARMY act like BTS are angels and WOULD NEVER be caught doing X when X is just hanging out with people and drinking. They did all this when Jimin was seen at a pub in Paris too. First said it's not him, then said it's him but he wasn't with girls. Then it's him with girls and drinking, but he's still a saint -_- My goodness, let them live.

I didn't know that they didn't go to the after parties, but I believe it. Honestly, this whole ARMY =BTS and BTS=ARMY may be getting a little dangerous lol.Maybe it's that these fans are just so loud, but none of this is a good look.
