I was wondering when I'd hear about Taeil enlisting. I guess his tattoos aren't an issue? iirc tattoos used to exempt you from service

Excessive amounts of tattoos could disqualify you from service. Taeil has a lot of tattoos, more than any other idol I'd say, && I remember some old comments on omona that speculated idols were trying to get out of service by getting them.

He has neck & hand tatoos which would be enough to disallow him from enlisting in the US military so I thought itd might be the same for SK.

I was waiting to hear when Hyungsik would have to go, had hoped for him to release something more before he went but I guess not. I'll wait patiently and hope he comes back as strong as Siwan once he's done with his service~

I remember watching the female soldier special of real man when Amber was on and I remember that they talked about there being restrictions for tattoos - I wonder if that's just for female soldiers, or if they have changed the rules since then because Taeil has some big tattoos in very visible places.
