As part of Day 2 FESTA content, BTS released a stage self cam of "Anpanman" from one of the New York concerts they held in May. Day 3 content might've been one of the most anticipated thus far, though, as Jin released his own song which he wrote thinking of his pets ... Songs about pets always makes me want to cry and I don’t even have a pet :(. Knowing how many pets he’s lost in recent years makes the lyrics even more poignant.

It’s a simple ballad but I love simple ballads. The instrumental is pretty.

I honestly didn't expect to cry while listening to Seokjin's song. I think it's beautiful that it's about his pets. It's been almost 3 years since I had to say goodbye to my cat, but I still miss him like it was yesterday...

My beloved 10 yo dog passed away exactly a week ago, i was crying on and off for like 3 days everytime I remember about him. I keep thinking if I didn't do enough, if I had done this and that, all the waits and delays with the blood works & xrays which eventually leads to misdiagnosed etc.... I keep thinking what I should've done in every possible ways to buy him some more time. But after 10 days spending time at the hospital he's gone just few hours before I came to the clinic to bring him home, he didn't even wait for me. Heck, I didn't even visit him at the hospital the day before that, because I thought Oh I will see him tomorrow anyways because it was scheduled for surgery (which he didn't even make it). I keep thinking about this guilt and regret everyday..

I don't usually like this kind of ballads, but the fact that he wrote this in memory of his pets and after reading the translation I just lost it. I know this song is basically a sad song and no consolation or whatever, but it means a lot to me just because it's so relatable and I felt somewhat better to know I'm not the over-sensitive person who cried for days after losing a pet, in this case, my family member.
Also just few minutes ago I saw a fanmade video of Jin & his pets and he said something like "you should seriously only raise pets when you're really ready for the responsibilities because it's a life," when I heard what he said, maybe he shared some of his guilts and regrets like I do. And with his busy schedules, I think he doesn't have much alone time to grieve properly :(

The fact that this is about his pets it's so heartwarming, the way he almost cried talking about how one of his sugar gliders passed away recently is just 🥺 tho I'm not sure he should have sugar gliders in the first place

the instrumental is so airy and calming, perfect contrast to the heavier lyrics :( seokjin sounds lovely, you can hear him conveying emotion through his voice. the film whirring at the end almost makes it seem like you're looking back on the past. it's very ost-ish!

Oh wow, I finally got a chance to listen to the song and it is so pretty. Jin's voice is really starting to grow on me. I was really feeling Epiphany and now I'm feeling this song as well. Got me all up in my feels! T_T
