as additional thoughts, the english title is somehow juvenile? cheesy? lol the korean title sounds pretty, they should have just used that imo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ though it may be a bit long, i like "a poem for small things" better~
also, my thing with a feature is that they can barely give some of their vocalists parts, then they add another one ¬_¬ like i'd be pleasantly surprised if jin or tae gets more than a line or two each lol
I was so excited after Namjoon's Persona, and now after this trailer...well, there goes all my excitement for this comeback.
My dislike for anything Halsey aside...I just don't undestand why a seven member group needs ANOTHER vocalist added to their song. Are Tae and Jin even getting any lines this time?

luv was cute for teenage faux rebel them in 2014, it just looks silly for grown ups in 2019.
This has so little information that I am anticipating anyway lol. Also, rude of them to drop this after everyone here in Bangkok is full blown exhausted from the concert just now which yours truly had just come back from eyyyyy.

The visuals seem cute. Yet I gotta say that Namjoon's teaser got me all excited and hopeful that we wouldn't get another edm song, but from what little we hear in the teaser, my dreams will probably get crushed. I have one last hope that it's another situation like IDOL, but in reverse, as in, I don't like the music I hear in the teaser, but the music in the mv is different and I like it. (Btw where is the traditional version of IDOL, BigHit??)
Fingers crossed there's another version of the mv without Halsey. At all.
the song sounded good at the end but not really digging the aesthetics so far with all the bright lights and big neon sign. boy with luv doesn't seem to fit the map the soul theme to me but maybe the other songs on the album will be introspective like the comeback trailer and the title track will be more of an upbeat radio friendly song
Kind of how I feel. I like this, but even for people who don't, they released RM's trailer for a reason and the rest of the album might be really different from this. Even if it's not, it could still be a great album. I love DNA and LY: Her, but I don't think the rest of LY: Her sounds exactly like DNA (except Best of Me which I deleted for multiple reasons). I don't really like Run, but I think the rest of HYYH pt. 2 is a lot better than Run.
I misread the title so I thought it said Boy In Luv ft. Halsey and was pretty confused for a second.
The little part that we heard from the song sounds nice but I know better than to trust the teaser after their last two comebacks. I loved the Fake Love and Idol teasers and the songs ended up nothing like that
