On another note, I like seeing the finer details of the dances they did. Gives a whole new depth to their performance last night. J-Hope's dancing is so underrated tbh (even if Jimin's more contemporary style is my personal favourite among the three of them); he truly deserves the main dancer/dance chief position. Still, Jimin really knows how to command a stage and capture his audience. It shows even in backstage and practice videos like this.

Some people speculate that he stepped down from twitter a few years back because of all the backlash he was getting there, but whatever his reasons are, I'm glad he just gets to do what he loves at this own pace now <33 And I agree with you - even during live events, he doesn't look like he's craving attention like other idols sometimes do.

Really, people are complaining about that? Their selfies recently have been super overedited and boring anyway, his videos are so much more fun in comparison and it's obvious he puts a lot of time into them! He's been really growing on me lately with these. He could've easily gotten spoiled because he's talented and doted on a lot but he seems to be growing into a nice quiet laid back person.

This. Both with your point about the overedited selfies (truly the consequences of fame) and JK growing up rather well considering his circumstances. But back to the selfies: a selfie could feed thousands of ARMYs, sure, but for me it’s impersonal and gets uncreative so fast. Which is ironic considering the personability was their main selling point to begin with.

Yeah I mean we all like a nice selfie every now and then but it's just such a boring endless stream of overly filtered nonsense now? We did get some fun Yoonjin fishing trip (and sugar gliders!) pics recently but the more casual content is lacking.

Maybe it's also because they're too busy (or maybe too exclusive) for magazine photo shoots and stuff now but it's just like ugh okay we get it you don't have pores can we please get something fun? It feels like there's just a dude at the selfie division at Big Hit that gets a Derek Zoolander calendar style USB stick filled with selfies every month and it's his job to edit them to death and post them at regular intervals with "don't catch a cold!" "have you eaten?".
