I tried finding the only acceptable performance of it (KojiHaru and Mariko) because they're clearly making fun of how ridic the song is, but it seems to have been taken down from all the places I used to find it.

also I'm kinda......conflicted??? about the akb girls not getting new outfits for their evaluation performances, but I guess that's just on brand for the 48group

I thought the real entertaining part was the vocals. But, I looked up the lyrics and it was "I may seem like a little girl but I'm totally an adult everyone!" lyrics

Do you really think they'll perform that song?

If so, I feel like everyone will focus on the lack of vocals and boring dance and the lyrics won't get noticed. Well, they won't get noticed while they perform, but mnet translates all of the lyrics in the corner, so this would be interesting haha

there are two girls wearing the original outfits for that song, so pretty sure they will, yup. they're pretty recognisable. the entire song is just so laughable, which is why me and thatbananayes were anticipating it!

plus the performance I mentioned in the comment above was done by two of AKBs oldest members, hence why it was even funnier.

-First, thanks for making this post OP! I made one right after because there wasn’t one yet, but I didn’t link the performances or anything. It’s better this way.

-Lee Seunggi is the host but not on the panel like BoA was (or that actor from season one) and I don’t get why. He’s only at the start and I guess will MC the rest of the performances but I thought it was odd that he wasn’t there

-that Urban works girl in the rainbow shirt really looks like Tzuyu. She doesn’t seem that strong but is already booking acting jobs, so I don’t know why she doesn’t just stick to that

-The girl from Cube seems lost. She’s really pretty but I think they’re forcing her into a image that does’t really fit her. In her intro video, someone said she’s sexy (she’s like 17 dude, stop) and that she’s got tan skin like Beyonce 🙄 I think she’s beautiful but not pearly white so they’re trying to make her sexy or edgy in some way when she doesn’t have the charisma to carry that (from what I’ve seen so far). She’s gorgeous though. What happened to the dancer with the braces from Cube on the Unit? Why isn’t she on the show?

-I think someone from Starship will probably make the final group

-Takahashi Juri’s Korean is cute and I like how she’s trying to engage and talk to the Korean trainees. She seems really sweet and hard-working

-I don’t understand why they’re debuting 12 instead of 11 this time beside that fact that 11 matches 101 a bit better ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Whatever that tan/terra cotta color is that Cheetah is wearing looks amazing on her (and I like her glasses)

Kahi (all personality and drama aside) still looks gorgeous. I don’t know when this was shot but she is or was pregnant iirc and she’s glowing

-Choi Yena gives me Wanna One Jisung vibes of being entertaining even wehn she’s offstage so I hope she does well

-What I saw of the blond ex-yg girl is that she’s a good dancer, but doesn’t fit the concept the ended up being Blackpink and I don’t know how well she’ll fit for the group they’re making here either

-Woolim and WM were both good but that swift dance break from the Lovelyz cover was kind of jarring at first because they’re still wearing their uniforms. I assume they have shorts on underneath but still (that goes for all for the girls dancing in skirts)

-Those two akb48 girls weren’t great but they were asked to freestyle in platform sneakers. I don’t think that made it any easier for them

-Yamada Noe is so cute and everyone seems to like her. I hope she lasts a while.

-I’m confused because they have earbuds (not just in-ears) and a delay so they must have an interpreter, but there are plenty of scenes where people don’t understand each other

-The vocalist from FNC has a clear enough voice but it gets grating the higher she sings

-Sohye junior’s dance seemed like a lot of flapping to me. It’s not terrible but it felt like it was mostly wrist and arm movements. It was a freestyle, so I’ll let it go.

-The girls from How Entertainment covering “Celeb Five” temporary filled the Orange Caramel void for me. We need a group with fun concepts like OC again

-Shoutout to Dancing Hero/Celeb Five for bridging the gap and having something people on both sides can identify

Lee Seunggi wasn't in the audition panel because if I remember correctly, he wasn't casted as the host yet. The audition part was already filmed before Mnet found a host for the show.
