Every week I go through the charts for this day in the past and post the top three songs. Then I pick out two more from the top ten as honorable mentions. This week, we’re going back to the 2nd week of December, 2012. I don’t remember any of these songs, 2012 was a sketchy year for me in Kpop lol. So, because I don’t remember anything, instead of my usual drone commentary you’re going to get my Christmas wishlist instead. Back to the nonsense babble next week, I swear...



#3 Kim Bum Soo & Lena Park “White Winter”
Two of Korea’s favorite vocalists collaborated on this holiday song. One of my all time fav duos are Jang Nara and Jang Hyuk from the drama Fated To Love You. Which is why the The Fated To Love You director’s cut DVD box set is on my Xmas list. I waited too long when it was came out in 2014, and it was a limited release, but I’m still on the lookout. I love Jang Nara so much. I tried watching VIP for her, but Lee Sang Yoon makes me so mad lol. I’ll start watching foreals foreals if it turns into a revenge drama. I love a good revenge drama.

FNC announces that Linlin, Kokoro and Mirae have left Cherry Bullet

FNC Entertainment has announced the departure of three members of Cherry Bullet.

On December 13, the agency posted a notice regarding the future of the group which reads as follows:

Hello, this is FNC Entertainment.

Our artists Cherry Bullet will henceforth be continuing on as a seven-member group. After speaking with Mirae, Kokoro, and LinLin, we have come to the decision to end their activities as Cherry Bullet and terminate their exclusive contracts.

It is with a heavy heart that we bring this sudden news to all fans who have cared for Cherry Bullet. The three members came to this decision after speaking with us.

We will do our best to ensure that Cherry Bullet can return with good music in the near future after reorganizing as a seven-member group. We ask for your warm encouragement and support of Cherry Bullet, Mirae, Kokoro, and LinLin.

Thank you.

With this, Cherry Bullet is set to continue on as a seven-member group with Haeyoon, Yuju, Bora, Jiwon, Remi, Chaerin, and May.
