SHINee landed in Taiwan on the 15th for the SHINee World Concert in Taipei's Super Dome. As usual, they displayed interesting and colorful airport fashions and the mandatory sunglasses to hide evidence of being over-worked. Pictures are under the cut. For reference, as far as I can tell right now, Minho is in a white Ralph Lauren two-horses hoodie, possibly the shorts and the loafers are Ralph Lauren as well; Taemin is obviously in a Jeremy Scott t-shirt; and Jonghyun's deeply self-expressive t-shirt is from Givenchy, 2011. Onew is too perfect to be affected by lowly concepts like clothing and I'm not even going to try to figure Key's out. I don't believe I have those powers yet.

BEAST's Fiction on German music chart

As the Hallyu Wave is spreading around the globe German fans are putting effort into promoting their idols in the country. On July 15th Korean band BEAST made it into German Charts without debuting in the country.

Within a timespan of 3 days the fans were able to get the MV for BEAST's "Fiction" into the Top 100 of the "Clip Charts" of the German music channel "ViVA". "Fiction" actually landed on place 63.

But they are not satisfied. The next goal is to get enough online views for 2NE1's latest single "I Am The Best" to get into the Top 50's until next Friday.

G-Dragon’s copyright income from songs was confirmed to be an exaggeration.

An official from the Korean Music Copyright Association said in a phone call with Star Daily News, “It’s not true that G-Dragon is ranked #1 in terms of copyright income. This matter became such a big topic that it was researched and confirmed that this claim is exaggerated.”

He continued, “Absolute information concerning copyrights cannot be disclosed because there’s no way of knowing. the specific income ranking of copyright holders. “

Last May on Mnet’s “Beatles Code” Seungri revealed, “G-Dragon is currently considered #1 in the Copyright Association. He even ranks higher than composer Cho Young Soo.”

In the end it was found out that Cho Young Su has 426 songs registered under the Copyright Association, 4 times more than G-Dragon who has 107.

T-ara chosen as models for Tedin Waterpark again

Korea's Tedin Waterpark has changed recently into a character themed resort but like last year, girl group T-ara will be the models for the 2nd time.

A Tedin Waterpark marketing representative said, "T-ara have an image nationally as sexy, but also pretty and cute. This fits well with the concept of Tedin Waterpark's 'character image' and that's why we selected them as models."

On the other hand, Tedin Waterpark was featured on MBC's "We Got Married" when the Eunjung/Jangwoo couple drove 40 minutes to the resort.

Tedin Waterpark is great for tourists. There are lush forests, swimming activities, hot springs, and water-slides.

There's also Peter Pan, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel, and other fairy tale characters in the bedrooms delivering an exotic and fun concept to each room.

JYJ’s appearance in the KBS Jeju’s Music event to wish for Jeju to become one of the 7 Wonders have fallen through. KBS Jeju Broadcast Agency revealed that they had nothing to do with JYJ’s cancellation of appearances to Star News on the 16th: “KBS Jeju Broadcast Agency did not work on soliciting/securing the appearing cast in relation to this music event.”

The affiliate said: “We just involve ourselves in the transmission of the broadcast. The securing (of the artists) and the proceeding of the event is done by Jeju Island’s local government.

On this, the affiliates to Jeju’s local government’s “Jeju Music Event” were not able to be reached.

There’s a new pair of K-Pop siblings in town, and they’re none other than Co-Ed’s Taewoon and Block B’s Zico! On July 16th, Zico updated his Twitter with a childhood photo of him and his older brother.

As the caption, Zico wrote, “Brothers have gotten older.”

Fans already know that Taewoon was initially a member of Blockbuster before he moved to Core Contents Media and debuted under Co-Ed.

Chanmi playfully commented, “Kyak >< So cute!!!!!! Such chubby little babies* I can recognize Jiho, but who’s the person to the right of him?…” She later added, “Hahaha, Taewoon oppa grew up so well ^^.”

On July 16th, Kwanghee tweeted, “Today, I did a radio program with Lee Joon. He is such a loyal friend! Because our promotions are during the same time, we are both a big help to each other.
