Kangin releases an apology

On the morning of the 15th at 3am, was involved in a hit and run incident in the KangNam area while he was drunk. He hit a taxi and right after, he had taken off from the scene of the incident. It wasn't until 6:50 am did he turn himself in to the police.
He was scheduled to show up for the investigation to the police but had never shown. However, it was to be known later on that he is scheduled to come for questioning on the 17th.
Kangin has released a personal statement on SMTOWN's Super Junior homepage.

Talented vocal of Shinhwa was fined W10mil ($8,600) by the judge for his crime.
From July 2007 to April 2008, Shin visited Macau 5 times and spent about W140mil ($120k) in baccarat games. We haven't seen him on screen for a while, and it appears that we won't be seeing him nor a full Shinhwa in the near future.

Due to release their newest mini-album on the 19th this month, SHINee recently accepted an exclusive interview with SOHU Korea. This is the second meeting between SOHU and SHINee, since the last interview in September 2008, and one year was all it took for the five boys to mature and shed the cute image they had during their debut days.
When talking about the soon-to-be released mini-album, members said: “We’ll show off a more mature, manly kind of style.”

Preparations are well under way as 2PM's Taecyeon and Wooyoung make their way back to their MC positions in SBS's Inkigayo. After their withdrawal on September 20th, the two will make their comeback with MC Ha Yeonju.
A JYPE representative has stated that no other schedules besides Inkigayo has been planned as of yet. He stated "Inkigayo is a program that we promised to the viewers and fans so we allowed for the two to return as MC's out of responsibility. Currently, we are not planning any more schedules or appearances for the other members."

Military's Sex Rule Challenged

Song Moon-ho, law professor at Chunbook National University in North Jeolla Province, took issue Thursday with Article 92 in the Military Penal Code, which bans homosexual activities in the barracks and punishes those who engage in them by up to one year behind bars.
"Its removal will hardly undermine the military's war deterrent power," Prof. Song claimed, adding that these activities can be punished by the existing regulation related to punishing coerced sexual acts.
According to the Ministry of National Defense, a total of 176 cases of sexual activities between soldiers were reported between 2004 and 2007. Only four were assessed to be consensual, it said.

The next episode of KJE’s Chocolate will feature an 'encore special'. This special will show the public various passionate encore performances that were initially only experienced by the audiences present at the studio that day.
Most of these undisclosed encore performances were witnessed live by an approximate 1000 members of the audience. However these performances were not broadcast due to time constraints. Therefore, all these cut scenes will finally be broadcasted through this 'encore special' episode.
This 'encore special' features the stage presence of Lee Jun Ki, Ju Jin-mo and more. Clips of TVXQ performing 'Balloons' as well as solo stages by both Jaejoong and Changmin will be revealed. As for Big Bang, clips of them performing with No Brain will be revealed.
This episode of KJE's Chocolate will be broadcasted on the 17th of October at 12:20AM KST (omg I just realized, that's in approx. 2hrs time?!!)

So Nyeo Shi Dae Jessicaās transformation for her first musical āLegally Blondeā has been revealed on 16th October. In the concept photo reveald for the musical are also Miss Korea Lee Honey and musical actress Kim JiWoo.
The 3 has been casted and will be performing the musical for the first time on 14th November.
