The beautiful actress Han Chae Young has been picked by Korean’s menswear brand, Rogatis as their newest ad model. This is a very rare occasion to pick a female artist as usually they only picked male models such as Jung Woo Sung and Lee Phillips.

Rogatis is working on a few ad that shows Han Chae Young’s getting ready for the red carpet event. With her soft, sexy image, they’ll emphasize on her innocent, yet sexy and lovely image. The filming of this ad was done at a studio in Gangnam, Seoul.

Earlier this year, Han Chae Young is selected as the world’s leading cosmetics brand, Christian Dior model. Her previous drama, KBS2 “Sassy Girl Chun-hyang” was broadcast in China. Also, she appeared on KBS2 “Boys Over Flowers” as a cameo, and her new movie with Jang Dong Gun, “Good Morning Presidents” will be released in 2 years.

The first actor to get into character for the upcoming historical series Queen Seon-deok [선덕여왕] was Go Hyun-jung (HIT) taking on her court lady character of Mi-shil. Now the stills have been revealed for the second leading lady as Lee Yo-won (Surgeon Bong Dal-hee) takes the throne as the titular Queen.

The 50-episode Queen Seon-deok takes place in the era of the Three Kingdoms, in the Silla dynasty, and centers around the court politics and power struggle between the two ladies. (Mi-shil is the second most powerful woman in the court, next to the queen, and challenges her rival’s authority while using her femme fatale wiles to her best advantage.)

Lee Yo-won had a successful hit back in 2007 in the medical drama Surgeon Bong Dal-hee, although her follow-up series Bad Love (with Kwon Sang-woo) was pretty much a big flop. She explains taking on this role — she was brought in to replace Sung Yuri, whose casting caused something of an uproar and was swiftly retracted — by saying, “After reading the synopsis, I felt something like fate that I had to play Queen Seon-deok.”

The MBC series takes to the air next month on Mondays and Tuesdays, after Queen of Housewives ends. It will challenge SBS’s struggling epic historical drama Ja Myung Go and KBS’s The Man Who Can’t Get Married, which will replace Story of a Man.

Epik High and MYK gave a shoutout to Korean music fans outside of Korea through their video messages sent to popular Korean music sites. Now it's your turn to give a shoutout back to Epik High and MYK! Videos and pictures of fans from all over the world will be collected together into a video message that will be presented to the group.

If you'd like to participate in this project then either send in a photograph, or record a short video of yourself saying hi to Epik High and MYK and giving the guys a message. You can speak in English, or if you prefer to you can speak in your native language. Let's demonstrate just how widespread and international Korean music fans are!

Your video must be no more than 15 seconds long. If you wish to make a video with a group of 3 or more people, then your video can be up to 25 seconds long. Please be aware that videos containing inappropriate content will not make the final cut.

Super Junior KangIn, “I only sing 11 secs to the song ‘Sorry Sorry’”



Super Junior KangIn was on KBS ‘Game Show’ as the leader to Kang Team. He has to lead a team to play a game where players are blindfolded, and had to jump but also avoid a fly swatter after exactly 10 seconds. And he has, “I have confidence to do that well”

He then added, “Of the 13 members singing Super Junior’s song ‘Sorry Sorry’, I just have 11 seconds of time to sing. I think I can do an accurate jump.”

And SS501 member Kim Hyung Joon and 2AM Im Seul Ong who were present shared his pain as part of an idol group. Seul Ong revealed that he also have 10 seconds worth of time to sing for 2AM’s 2nd album’s ‘A Friend’s Confession’.

This episode of game show will air on 3rd May at 10.50am.

2PM JaeBum is next featured on Navi’s ‘Heart Damage’



2PM JaeBum will be the next to support Navi’s perform of ‘Heart Damage’ taken off her 2nd single released early April.

JaeBum will appear on Navi’s performance of ‘Heart Damage’ on music programmes this weekend. JaeBum will perform a totally different rap which he wrote on his own to replace Crown J’s rap portion in the song. He will also perform the rap portion live.

Until now, rappers featured for Navi’s performances are Crown J and Untouchable’s Sleepy. The song is also doing very well on various music charts.

On the latest episode of "MBC Every1 Idol Show" with KARA as the new MCs, 2AM made an appearance as the weekly guest. As expected, whenever 2AM's Jo Kwon is around, everyone has a side-splitting time with tons of laughter and air gasping.

KARA's Koo Hara is asked to prank call 2PM's Wooyoung. After a few seconds of her annoying fan girling, Koo Hara hands Jo Kwon the phone, and it's all laughs from there on. Wooyoung gives Taecyeon the phone, which causes Jo Kwon to throw a fit about how he hates Taecyeon and demands him to give the phone back to Wooyoung. When Taecyeon cuts Jo Kwon's fan girling off with a "Goodbye," Jo Kwon immediately turns serious and calls Taecyeon "Yah" which is almost like a "yo bitch." Jo Kwon's hilarious actions cause everyone to burst into laughter and even more when they realize that Taecyeon really hung up on them.

The princess Lee Hyori, known for her feisty and bright personality, burst out in tears while she was in China. On the 22nd, she arrived at in Shanghai for the filming of a commercial and was met by a mob of ecstatic fans. Trying to avoid all the chaos, she and her staff quickly made their way to the parking lot, only to find that the car they had rented had not yet arrived. The fans started to back her into a corner and began taking pictures. It seems like this was all too much for Hyori because she ended up bursting in tears. Some fans could be heard saying "Unni, are you alright?" and "Stop taking pictures please!" While others, of course, continued to harass her. The ones who did not stop, kept doing so even while the transportation arrived and Hyori was getting in.

Geez, when the fans started to back her into the corner, Hyori should have pulled a Micky Yoochun on their asses and called security.

Apparently Chinese media printed that Hyori was being a "diva" and was rude to her fans, but from what I can see, these fancams show that she looked more scared than annoyed.

YG Entertainment's president Yang Hyun Suk personally stepped forward to explain the misunderstanding regarding the idol group Big Bang's leader, G-Dragon, on the company blog.

President Yang Hyun Suk on the 30th blogged, "There seems to be small rumors always surrounding and never-ending about the compositions Ji Yong has been credited for. Making the melody, arrangement, lyrics are all important and cannot be compromised. I am letting everyone know that up until now, Ji Yong has been 100% behind all the songs, that he has been responsible for everything including the melody and rap."

From the beginning, netizens and the public opinion of G-Dragon's compositions have been questioned: "Maybe they just add Kwon Ji Yong's name to the songs that were made by other composers?" "How can he compose anything when they can't even cover a song?"

After School - Wild Eyes

This is the first performance which sees So Young transforms from cute to sexy. And I must say, both So Young and Joo Yeon (who are both known to have the weaker vocals in the group) did their parts pretty well for the song. Even though it was obviously pre-recorded i.e. they lipsynched, I seriously thought both girls did an amazing job singing their respective parts. Given the right song and the right parts, all members of After School will be able to do an amazing job. Whoever who said After School can't sing should go take some time off and clear their ear wax.

Anyway, because Wild Eyes was originally sang by Shinhwa i.e. men, the lyrics were written to fit them as... well, men. I thought it was adorable that After School didn't change the lyrics and sang the song as it is. ^^

The end of the song also sees After School executing the dance routine perfectly!
