Comedian Jung Hyungdon expressed his happiness about his 'imaginary' marriage to Taeyeon of So Nyuh Shi Dae.

Hyungdon, who appeared on KBS 'Star Golden Bell' on the 7th, attracted all atttention when he stated, "Taeyeon is a lot like my dream wife. She is too good for me. After I met Taeyeon, I've become a brighter person". Hyungdon is currently airing on MBC 'We Got Married' with Taeyeon as an 'imaginary' wife.

When MC Kim Jaedong asked if HD could reveal some faults of Taeyeon, he replied, "Taeyeon is very mature for her age. Sometimes I wouldn't mind seeing a cuter and brighter side that is fitting for her age."

Also when Brian of 'Fly to the Sky' asked, "Would you actually marry Taeyeon in real life? What would you do if she was to propose?" HD happily replied, "Of course".

On the other hand, when MC Ji Sukjin asked Yuri and Sooyoung of So Nyuh Shi Dae to reveal some good things and faults about HD, they brought laughter to the studio by replying, "The good thing is that he is humorous, makes us laugh and eats well but the bad things is that when he is actually on TV, he just seems like he eats too much and is boring".

SPARKLING CONCERT. WHY NOT ~DAZZLING~

Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Korea National Tourism Organization, and Korea Tourism Association Central Committee in corporation with Telecom will present 2009 Sparkling Concert in Seoul Spring on April 11th and 12th at 6 pm, held in Olympic Gymnastics Stadium.

The purpose of the event this year is to aim progress in “Korea Grand Sale”, as such promoting and attracting foreign tourists to come to South Korea. This is one of South Korea government’s way to overcome Asia economic crisis in the country and also to show Korean culture to all over Asia and Telecom will be actively supporting this event.

Bang Shin Ki, FT Island, SG Wannabe, Shin Hye Sung, SHINee, Lee Min Woo, Lee Ji Hoon, and a lot more Hallyu stars will join in.

This concert is a great opportunity for Korean pop stars to meet their fans.

Police Denies Knowledge of Names Mentioned In Jang Ja Yun’s Note

In probably one of the most dramatic (and ridiculous) twist in this incident, the South Korea Police has today(18th) denied any knowledge of the ten over influential figures mentioned in Late Jang Ja Yun’s suicide note. This is a complete contradiction to their previous statements when they announced the name list will only be revealed after verifying the authenticity of the suicide document as those involved are all prominent figures from various industries. As a result, rumours and speculations spread among Korean netizens now mostly points to a greater conspiracy involved.

The South Korea Police Department announced today the names of the supposed culprits were already removed in the document given to them by KBS. Therefore, the police currently has no knowledge of those people whom Jang Ja Yun mentioned in her note.

To make things worse, Yoo Jang Ho, the former manager of Jang Ja Yun, also the original holder of the document, held a press conference today and denied handing the document to the media.

Super Junior's member Kim Heechul showed his passion love for gag.

In the recent interview with IS, Kim Heechul said "KBS 2TV Gag concert's Wang Biho (Yoon Hyungbin) hyung is one of my closest celebrities" and "I havent told him yet but recently, I love the gag show as much as I go to watch "Bongsungah School".

Although Kim Heechul is promoting Super Junior's 3rd album "Sorry sorry" but whenener he has time, he'd watch "Gag concert" or SBS TV's "Ootchasa" at home.

Kim Heechul said "If I visit Wang Biho hyung before our music activity started, people will ask whether it's for promotion. The video of group 8ight, the winner on "MBC Showvival", singing Super Junior's "Sorry sorry" was released to the public.

8ight's Baek ChanEun wrote on her minihompy on March 18th "Tomorrow we will come to Sukira so we're practicing singing Sorry Sorry" and also uploaded the video of the group practicing the song.

Recently, 8ight've come back with the song "Without a heart" and received a lot of support from SJ fans. Last week MBC Music core (March 14th), Super Junior fans had cheered passionately for 8ight.

Korean singer Younha is back with a new song, which is being used as the theme in her movie "Kondo no Nichiyoubi ni." Directed by Satoshi Kenmochi, the film is based on a script that won the Angel Award. Past award winners include "Linda Linda Linda," "Zenzen Daijoubu," and "Funuke Domo, Kanashimi no Ai wo Misero."

The film is a human drama starring Somegoro Ichikawa and Younha. Younha plays Sora, a Korean high schooler. She chases after a boy she likes who has moved to Japan for college, but after she gets there, she discovers that he has returned to Korea due to family circumstances. She remains in Japan, but things eventually end in heartbreak for Sora. Shortly after, she runs into an odd man called Matsumoto (Ichikawa), who works multiple jobs to pay off his debts but also spends his time gathering discarded glass bottles. With her video camera, she begins documenting Matsumoto and his bottles, and in the process, she regains her lost smile.

Younha's song, titled "Niji no Mukougawa," was written specifically for the film. It is being included on the original soundtrack, which goes on sale on March 25th. The soundtrack also includes a song called "Visit of love" by Sachi Tainaka. The music video for "Niji no Mukougawa" can be seen here.

"Kondo no Nichiyoubi ni" begins playing in theaters on April 11.

Kim Sun-ah shows her sexy side again for her latest photo shoot, this time for beauty magazine Allure. The shoot is described as “chic and modern,” though I think it’s also got a retro flapper vibe with her bobbed hairstyle.

The new look accompanies her next role; Kim’s next drama project is the upcoming City Hall [씨티홀], in which she stars as a mayor.

She says of the role, “I think the different hairstyle in playing the energetic mayor character of Shin Mi-rae was a good change that helped me find a different part of myself to show, and gave me a good feeling. I’ll do my best to suit my character and show many sides of myself.”

Super Junior has finally made their comeback.
The 5 guys Heechul, Siwon, Kibum, Donghae and Hankyung show their masculinity (or manliness) , solving and protecting girls who are in danger.

Walking alone in the underpass after attending a friend's party on the way home. There are no taxi stands and suddenly there is a strange feeling like someone is following behind, what do you do?
Kibum: If it's late at night, it is most advisable to send your girlfriend to her doorstep. On the way home it is best to choose a brightly lighted street.
Siwon: For my girlfriend i will send her to her house, and watch her until she enters the lift.
Donghae: At night, especially if it is a secluded road, definitely can't let her walk alone. Have to send her in a car.

Surrounded by some bad men?
Hankyung: China people care alot about Wushu, and alot of people learn martial arts. Learning it will enable her to protect herself. Learning abit of martial arts is good.

No matter how long you've tried, your girlfriend doesn't pick up your calls. Could something have happened? It is already late at night and I let her go home by herself, am I wrong?
Heechul: If it is a situation where she is met with danger, I will take out my handphone, and call either my friend or the police. Also, if i have a girlfriend who goes home all alone by herself, i will talk to her on the phone all the way until she reaches her house.

OMNTD's #1 Douche's Wife Get's Back To Work

We’ve been hearing a lot about Kwon Sang-woo’s (see douche) recent projects following his marriage and the birth of his first child, and now it’s wifey Sohn Tae-young’s turn.

She’ll be making her television return only three months after giving birth to the couple’s son in February. Sohn will be starring in SBS’s upcoming daily drama Two Wives [두 아내], which will replace the current ratings topper Wife’s Temptation.

Sohn plays a single mom of a young daughter who operates a wine store and flower shop, who falls in love with a divorced man who has a family from his first marriage. However, before they can marry, he is involved in a car accident and loses his memory. This, naturally, creates problems between his new love and his first wife. Cast as the male lead is Kim Ho-jin (Empress Cheon-chu, Seoul 1945), while the first wife will be played another new mom, actress Kim Ji-young (Forever the Moment, My Lovely Fool).

Two Wives premieres on May 4. With husband Kwon Sang-woo (see douche) set to act in the KBS drama Cinderella Man (which follows Return of Iljimae on MBC in April), that means both spouses will be back at work at the same time (although not in the same timeslot).

Son DamBi 1st album ‘Type B’ teaser part 1 released!

Son DamBi is back with first full-length album ‘Type-B’ after the hit song ‘Crazy’ in 2008. The first teaser to the album was released on 19th March.

The first part to her teaser release is called ‘On A Saturday Night’ and features Son DamBi and her crying scene in it. The song will be the title song to her first album.

D-5 to her comeback, Son DamBi will release her first official album online on 24th March and offline on 26th March.

But that was BoA as a teen idol-in-the-making and in the years since that recording, she has become one of the best-known performers in Korea and Japan, pumping out heartfelt ballads, feisty rock numbers and dance jams with equal success.

BoA was discovered by Korean S.M. Entertainment, a firm known for launching the careers of young pop artists, when she was only eleven years old. Within a few short years, she was a bona fide star in her native country and proceeded to conquer the Japanese pop market. At the same time, she managed to accumulate a fanbase in U.S. Kpop and Jpop circles, perhaps fueled in part by her appearance in several high-profile anime series.
