F3 Designs

The Kim trio (Kim Bum, Kim Jun, & Kim Hyun Joong) aka the F3 will début as designers for Coach (yes, the American brand) who is launching a “Coach Taste Maker Tote Project” event for their grand opening at the Shin Sae Gae (New World) Centum City in Busan.

20 famous celebrities are taking part by personally designing a canvas tote bag using color pencils, markers, dyes, cloth, beads, etc that will be auctioned. Designer quality at its finest. Some of the celebrities partaking in this event include the F3 Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Bum, (I wonder why the leader is missing?) Tablo’s new love Kang Hye Jung, sexy singer Son Dam Bi, Kim Ji Soo, Lee Seung Yeon, Lee Hana, model Song Kyung Ah, Kim Da Wool, designer Kim Young Suk, Kim Jae Hyun, Dylan, etc

Super Junior Hankyung - "The members didn't teach me Korean"

Super Junior member Hankyung revealed that the members did not teach him Korean at all.

During the recent filming of KBS 2TV 'Star Golden Bell' which is due to air on 21st March, Hankyung admitted that he "could not really understand the questions asked by the MCs". Furthermore, the Super Junior members said "Hankyung has been living in China the past 2 years, he has forgotten all the Korean he has learnt".

Kara's Nicole asked Hankyung "Are there any members who taught you Korean?" and "The members never taught me at all" was Hankyung's reply, causing everyone present to laugh.

The show will air on March 21st at 5.15pm Korean time, with Super Junior members Leeteuk, Hankyung, Yesung and Siwon as guests.

Boys Over Flowers starlet, Goo Hye Sun is adding author to her resume - the actress is releasing her first illustrated fiction.




She is penning a book entitled Tango, which will detail bittersweet feelings of love, including her illustrations. Protagonist, Yun believed that her world was perfectly balanced with her boyfriend, but her unexpected breakup puts her on the verge of giving up all hope in love and happiness. Her world in complete disorder after the breakup made her vulnerable and her attempt to start a new romance miserably failed. Unlike her cheerful character in Boys Over Flowers, Goo Hye Sun tries to show that she can tackle a serious matter; she infuses the story with great sadness and growing pain but also hopes that anyone (who has been in love) can relate.

Despite unfortunate car accidents and pulling all-nighters for filming Boys over Flowers, she has been very passionate about writing this book according to a source close to the actress. However, the plot has a potential to sound like a clichéd predicament even though her attempt to branch out her talent is noteworthy. I would love to find out if the actress will brilliantly keep the audience in protagonist’s head that is filled with doubts about love or is it going to be another celebrity's lame story book with a bunch of pictures?

Kim Bum and Suh Woo become lover's of...coffee? The two were picked as Maxim's advertising models of 2009 and finally started filming the commercial. The theme was that of a new couple that had just started dating. It starts out with Kim Bum taking Suh Woo home and the two awkwardly standing in front of her house. Both lost in thought, Suh Woo is thinking "Should I ask him to have a cup of coffee? Is that too fast?" while Kim Bum is simultaneously thinking "A cup of coffee? Should I just ask for one? Nah, just go." As Kim Bum is about to leave, she calls out "Do you like cappucinos or macchiatos?" and calls him back.

TaeGoon is most anticipated new singer for first half of 2009

Singer TaeGoon was voted #1 for a poll ‘Which new singer do you look forward to most in the first half of 2009?’ done from 9th to 16th March on Bugs.

He won with 614 votes (31.44%) out of 1953 votes entered. Before he debuted, TaeGoon raised much interests amongst music fans with news of Dong Bang Shin Ki JaeJoong and Park Shin Hye to be featured in his MV.

2nd place goes to group After School (25.35%), 3rd went to Jumper (19.97%) and 4th went to Jang Ki Ha and Faces (11.88%)

New singer Chung Rim has release the teaser video to first debut album title song ‘Step’.

The video was released on 15th March on various portal sites and its has attracted more than 5000 views by curious netizens.

Before Cheong Rim’s debut, he was known to the netizens as C. He is known for his power dance and his pretty face, and was said to be one of the new singers to look out for in 2009.

Chung Rim will move on to promote his debut album.

In this teaser, Son DamBi dons the 80s retro pink and skates, moving to the DJ music. This is a 180 degrees change from the tearing Son DamBi in her 1st teaser video.

Son DamBi’s representative revealed that though there will not be a dance like the chair dance previously for ‘Crazy’, Son DamBi will dance to a point dance for this new hit song.

Super Junior's Kim Ryeowook has thought of writing a song for SNSD's Taeyeon



"Super Junior's Kim Ryeowook has thought of writing a song for SNSD's Taeyeon. Ryeowook expressed in a recent interview, "I learnt songwriting back in my school days and thus wrote many songs. Although I can't say that the quality of these songs are good enough to be recorded into albums, I had always hoped that I can dedicate my songs to Super Junior and SM Entertainment. Within the company, I would especially like to compose a song for SNSD's Taeyeon."

Ryeowook's embarrassment after talking about Taeyeon led to uproarious laughter from his fellow group members who said, "Ryeowook has liked the S.E.S. unnies before his debut, in particular songs sang by Bada, so he writes songs for girls especially well."

Ryeowook composed the opening song for his fellow members' radio show as a gift, adding, "Although I may not be that polished in songwriting, I still went ahead with the opening song hoping that I can help my fellow members in any way possible."

At the moment, the 13 member Super Junior is working hard to promote their 3rd album, 'Sorry Sorry'.

Japanese famous pianist Yuhki Kuramoto has made a special appearance in MBC show "We got married"

Yuhki Kuramoto was in Korea for his concert to celebrate his 10th year anniversary debut in Korea and made a special appearance in MBC show "We got married" because of the college couple Kangin & Lee Yoonji.

Yuhki Kuramoto prepared a mini concert for the couple as a present as well as a surprising event was made by Kangin & the production team for Yoonji.

Yuhki Kuramoto said "I have heard about WGM in Japan. At first, I think that they will let the real couple appear, but it turns out that they invite Korean popular celebrities to make made-believe couples and it's quite interesting"

On that day, Lee Yoonji had been impressed by KangIn's surprising event and Yuhki Kuramoto's piano playing.

Group SHINee attended the ‘Pattaya Music Festival’ on 19th March.

Their popularity is indeed good there. About 300 fans welcomed them at the airport and wherever they went, you can see many fans following them around.

It is difficult to describe G-Dragon (21, Kwon Ji-Yong) in a word. He is the leader of an idol-group from YG entertainment, and known as ‘perfectionist Ji-Yong’ or ‘Jingyo’ among the fans. He is good at not only lyric-making but also in composition, and is also a fashionista who makes everything from scarves from sunglasses he put on as major trends. He can pull off the extremes of lovely bang hair to shocking Mohawk hair. To summarize, he is way too powerful as an idol, but too lovely as a musician.
