Q:Jaejoong’s appearance in [Call Me] has been a hot topic recently. Everyone knows that you and Jaejoong had been friends since a very young age. Then, what was the reason for that Jaejoong agreed to make his appearance in the MV?

I called Jaejoong and told him that “I’m going to debut soon, I wish that you’d be able to appear in my MV.” Unexpectedly, Jaejoong said “Sure, I’ll talk it over with my company” and hung up. After a few hours, he called me back and told me that he would be in the MV. Afterward I found out that it took him a lot of work to convince his company to let him make his appearance. I’m very thankful for him. After debut, Jaejoong and I still talk on the phone and he gave me many tips regarding performing on stage.

Q: What kind of friend is Jaejoong like?

A lot of people are like this, even though they are very close friends, they fight easily–Jaejoong and I are exactly like that (laughs). When we were filming the MV, we are always joking around with each other. We don’t see each other as “celebrities,” if we did, it would be very hard to be true friends.

Q: In the MV, Park Shin Hye played the role of a bad woman, what would you do if this kind of situation happened in real life?

In the MV, Jaejoong hyung stole Shin Hye from me (sighs), Jaejoong’s handsomeness is to blame! (laughs). I think that making a girlfriend be a normal friend is a very hard thing to do, I would never be the first to say that I don’t like her or anything like that, but if someone that handsome steals my girlfriend, it seems like I wouldn’t be able to say anything (laughs)!

ISplus (IS): You seem like you would be a playboy like Boys Over Flowers‘ So Yi Jeong.

Kim Bum (KB): Thank you for the compliment, but we’re actually quite different. Due to my extreme shyness, I can’t get along with people that easily, let alone have the talent to seduce women. Although, Ido have some characteristics similar to So Yi Jeong such as being cool-headed, not showing my inner feelings easily, etc. Come to think of it, when I was young, many girls my age used to follow me around a lot. (Laughs.)

Super Junior's 3rd album Sorry sorry's hot and popularity has won in many on-offline charts.

Super Junior has released their 3rd album on March 12th. As soon as the album is released, it get the no.1 on the weekly chart of Hanteo chart (from March 10th to March 16th) and once again, prove the power of Super Junior.

Moreover, the title track "Sorry sorry" is ranked no.1 on Dosirak's "Today's hot 100 chart" (on March 17th), no.2 on Mnet, no.2 on Musicon and also won in many other music charts.

Super Junior is scheduled to perform "Sorry sorry" at KBS Music bank on 20th, MBC Music core on 21st and variety music shows.

8ight's music video '심장이 없어' (Without a heart), which is a sad love story between a vampire and human starring model Leehwan and Wonder Girls Sohee, was made over starring Super Junior's Heechul as the male lead.

This was found out on the 16th on KBS 2 Radio 'Park Junhyung's 네시엔(Neh Siyen)'. On that day, 8ight appeared on the show as guests and favorablely commented saying “The netizens are uploading various re-editted version of our music video.” Adding that “Especially the version where Super Junior's Kim Heechul sshi and Sohee play as lovers is new and entertaining.”

Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) has a “strategic partnership” with Crunchyroll – the world’s #1 online platform that streams Asian entertainment content.

In the pipelines are more than 30 complete MBC Korean drama series. The first drama is scheduled to begin streaming in the week of March 16, 2009. Cowabunga, it’s THIS WEEK.



More complete MBC series will be released each week on the Crunchyroll platform for free ad-supported viewing.

Kewl, now I know where I can watch MBC dramas since Malaysia only gets the KBS network. Eh, what am I saying? I dislike watching movies/ dramas on the computer.

A survey “If you are to undergo plastic surgery, which artiste would you want to look like?” was done on Ezday female portal site from 2nd till 9th March. And Goo Hye Sun of drama Boys Over Flowers was voted as #1.

74% (1853) of the people who took the votes voted for her, actress Kim Tae Hee is #2 with 6% of the votes (154) and Song Hye Gyo at #3 6% (151). Other female artistes on top of the chart were Han Ga In with 5%, Kim Hee Sun with 3% and Song YoonAh with 3% of the votes

It’s been three months since Lee Hyori had her first solo concert in 2008. And it’s shocking to hear that almost none of her staff, dancers and sound/lighting teams have been paid by the concert producers. Hyori had to resolve some of the payment issues at her own expense, even though she didn't even receive her guarantees from the producers.

“I just feel bad for my staff and team, because they are not getting what they deserve for their hard work. I wish we can bring closure to this issue quickly, but we might face a lawsuit against the concert producers. It’s been very frustrating and stressful.” said Lee Hyori during the interview.

The concert production claims that they have been facing “financial difficulty” despite her sold-out concerts. However, all the payments should have been made to the staff within 2 weeks of the concert, according to their contracts. The approximate amount that concert production owes can add up to several millions.

The point of having a concert producer is to provide the best conditions for the artists to perform well, but it seems like those irresponsible asshats have instead become a burden.

Today, Rain/ Bi finally arrived in Honolulu, Hawaii for his court lawsuit over his canceled 2007 concerts.

When he arrived at the Honolulu Airport he was met by loads of fans supporting him despite their disappointment that the concerts were canceled in the first place.

One fan even went as far as to say she was happier now because she could be closer to him rather than at the concert where she'd be hundreds of feet away.

Wow, and I thought I was a psycho huge Rain stalker fan.
