Goo Hye Sun and SeungRi’s duet stage

On the episode of ‘Lee Hana’s Peppermint’ aired on 7th March on KBS 2TV, the guest performers for the show were YG actress Goo Hye Sun and YG’s front-running idol group Big Bang’s SeungRi.
They performed the remix version of Kim Gun Mo’s ‘Raining on a sleepless night’ and Goo Hye Sun performed the rap portion.
And SeungRi said on the show, ‘After March, all my solo activities will end. After me, GDragon will come out with his solo album and activities. And I am very luckily to be able to take part in the filming of a movie this year, together with actor Kim Bum.”

TVXQ & Lee Yeon Hee to Participate in Super Junior’s 3rd Album

TVXQ and actress Lee Yeon Hee will be featured in Super Junior’s 3rd album “Sorry Sorry” as participants.

TVXQ members U-Know Yunho and Micky Yoochun add rapping to the song “이별…넌 쉽니 (Heartbreak),” which completes the harmonic vocals of Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung.

Lee Yeon Hee, lead of movie “M,” will add vocals in the song “Club No.1.”

Super Junior’s title song “Sorry Sorry,” dance-pop styled “니가 좋은 이유 (Why I like you),” British pop song “앤젤라 (Angela),” oriental melodies meet trendy instruments “리셋 (Reset),” plus other songs make a total of 12 songs on the album.

In this album, Yoo Young Jin, Kenzie, Park Chang Hyun, Yoo Young Seok, and Cho Joon Young, some of the best composers, will contribute colorful high quality to the album.

Super Junior makes their comeback on March 13’s KBS 2TV “Music Bank” after one year and six months.

WonderGirls SoHee transformed into a vampire


WonderGirls So Hee has transformed into a vampire in the MV of 8ight’s 3rd album title song ‘No Heart’. This is So Hee’s first time filming a MV not with the other WonderGirls members.

The teaser video to the MV will be released on 9th March on GomTV (http://www.gomtv.com).

In the teaser video, SoHee, with crimson red lipstick, displayed Femme fatale feel with camera doing closeup on her face. The MV depicts the sad story of an impossible love between a human boy and a vampire girl.

The song was said to be very well-liked by Park Jin Young, who said he could listen to the song for 24 hours.

Netizens diss Solbi’s “puffy” face

Another case of netizens gone crazy.

Netizens are flooding the MBC message boards after this weekend’s episode of Music Core. Why? Because they wanted to slam Solbi’s badly swollen face. The singer/host have gained weight in the recent months and according to reports, the viewers were getting distracted by this. Viewers are now calling her “Steamed Solbi”. Like a puffed-up dumpling.

It was rumored before that Solbi may have undergone some plastic procedure on her face. Solbi denied these allegations but netizens seemed to ignore that because there were a lot of plastic-related comments thrown at her at the message boards such as: “The modifications you should have done is for face swelling!” or “You are a dissaponting plastic!”

Ouch.



I think the people who are doing this to Solbi are the same bunch that attacked Wonder Girl’s Yoobin early this year just because she gained a little weight. I guess it’s also the same group of people driving Moon Geun Young and Jung Ryu Won into a hunger strike.

Come on Netizens! Give these girls some slack! Sure Solbi got a little chubby but I don’t think it’s distracting at all. I am more distracted by the fact that they used a cardboard standee of Daesung to replace the real thing.

Boys Over Flowers OST #2

The drama churns out another soundtrack for diehard fans. As mentioned before, this second offering is to include new songs by SS501, KARA and (comeback act?) A’st 1.

In a March 6th preview before the entire album’s release, T-Max takes the lead with a second title song. “Wish Ur My Love” is to be the new insert “Love Theme” for star-crossed lovers Goo Jun Pyo and Geum Jandi.

Kim Hyun Joong is Pissed…Again

The last time we saw Kim Hyun Joong show any emotion on Boys Over Flowers was intense. This time its very personal.

F4 member Kim Hyun Joong has expressed his resentment in the poor behavior of the production company and their lack of sympathy towards the late Jang Ja Yun.

Specifically, Kim Hyun Joong was dumbfounded when he and his fellow actors were told on March 8th there would be an open set during filming on the same day. He and Goo Hye Sun were shocked to see over 100 Japanese tourists already waiting at the filming site. He asked indignantly if any of this made sense as they were still mourning their late colleague. Kim Hyun Joong and fellow cast mates are refusing to start filming with the onlookers, finding the situation unacceptable.

On the 7th, at the Gangnam, Seoul Riviera Hotel, the F4 held a fan meeting hours prior to hearing the death of their cast mate. The actors are calling an open set to be unreasonable and lacking sympathy for the deceased.

The production company is saying that the events had been scheduled for a long time and they had no choice: to cancel a public meeting with the Japanese fans would be outrageous at this time and they are acknowledging the actors stance on the situation. They have expressed it is an awkward situation for everyone. Further they have released a statement they will be watching the situation at hand and will need some time before making a decision as far as continuing production.

Jang Ja Yun Suicide Because of Depression

The shock suicide of Boys Before Flowers actress Jang Ja Yun (26) is still causing shockwaves all over Korea and the industry with many speculating over the actual reasons behind her doing so. Theories ranged from contractual woes with her management, lack of appearances (airtime) in Boys Before Flowers, bashing by antis, etc but close friends have revealed that the main reason was probably depression. Jang Ja Yun had hanged herself in her home yesterday with police ruling out any forms of foul play after initial investigations.

Police revealed after investigations that Jang Ja Yun had developed depression after losing her parents in a car accident 10 years ago. Jang Ja Yun was still in high school when that happened and although she got on well with life after inheriting her parent's fortune, she had already suffered a big blow mentally that could not be healed easily. Jang Ja Yun might have looked cheerful and bubbly on the outside normally, but she was horribly scared of being left alone deep inside her heart and highly afraid (phobia) about losing her friends.
