BTS has now shared new information about their upcoming release, following their big announcement earlier today.


The group will be releasing a mini album entitled “LOVE YOURSELF 承 ‘Her’” on September 18. It has been described as the first album in their “Love Yourself” series, which is planned to continue on into 2018. The mini album is said to portray young people who have fallen in love.

There will be four versions of the mini album, and it will include a hidden track that was produced by Rap Monster.

i've been seeing on twitter that 'her' doesn't refer to the english meaning. 허 (her) apparently means "falsity, weakness, illusion" which would kinda make sense with the themes and topics they're alluding to discussing with the "love yourself" concept.

We don't know yet if it's a full album or mini. I think it'll be a mini (followed by another mini and then followed by a repack). We'll probably get more details about it tomorrow.

I'm so excited for this album, I don't know what to expect musically at all seeing as they went from Fire to BS&T then Spring Day, but Namjoon's FC post set my expectations quite high, I'm ready.

Hopefully there aren't too many versions - two or three would be ideal - because I don't think I can afford more lol.
