pretty much everyone said that this will be the "solution", so no surprises here. 3 months+ doesn't even seem that much after how psy served twice.
i'm sure real sentence & jail aren't even on the table as he was caught for the first time. like the trainee who was caught is facing actual time in jail only because it wasn't her first strike.
