We have a lot of the same thoughts. I loooooooove that dirty sound and feel to bling bling and I totally get that this is a winter song. But I seriously love it so much.
I'm not feeling the songs right now, but I'm sure they will grow on me. Bling Bling is the superior song but I hate the line distribution, everyone except Hanbin and Bobby only got a few lines.
Bling Bling: what is this low budget mess? How many sets did YG recycle to film this MV? WHERE'S THE MONEY YG?? Bobby king of sitting on cars/vans/trucks. Jinny's vocals YAS. Yoyo's visuals YAS. Do not like that autotune on Ju-ne. I'm either too tired or I can't say anything about the song. B.I's (a bit grating) "bling bling" is stuck in my head and giving me a headache. I'm probably too tired. It's funny how I saw an article titled "iKON says what differentiates them from WINNER and BIGBANG" but that ending in the ~club was so BIGBANG BANGx3.
B-Day: ok now I know where all the budget went to and Bling Bling is obviously the MV that got remade. I definitely like this one better than Bling Bling. It was truly an iKON song. We can pretend the other one didn't happen. But real talk rn whoever is doing their choreos needs an upgrade because I've seen the same moves from them before and to me at least it just screams lazy idk. Hanbabe with that black hair tho...... Jinny and Yoyo as well. Dayum.

Reminds me of my stan days when I tried to convince myself that Rhythm Ta was a good song. Their more chill, laidback songs have always been my faves so i'm not surprised at how much I dislike both releases so far. At least Bobby still looks good despite the Cruella de Vil hair. :/

B'Day is...surprisingly budget compared to the video. Every part reminded me of a different YG song, Fantastic Baby and The Baddest Female in particular, to the point where I was humming the original while watching. Not a fan, would not listen to it again.
I like bling bling. Ikon still has time to grow but god their sound is so behind compared to other boy groups. They have the talent to do better but right now their sound is really dated.
