Park Bo-gum and Kim Yuna Selected As Olympics Campaign Models

Actor Park Bo-gum and ‘figure skating queen’ Kim Yuna have been selected as the Pyeongchang Olympics campaign models. Coca-Cola, which is an official partner company for the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics that has been sponsoring the Olympics for more than 90 years, picked the two as its models.

Park Bo-gum and Kim Yuna will be given an opportunity to join the Olympic torch relay.

Park Bo-gum were in successful dramas including tvN’s ‘Reply 1988′ and KBS’ ‘Love in the Moonlight’. After the dramas, he brought a ‘Park Bo-gum Syndrome’ to many fans. Early this year, he was also selected as Coca-cola’s campaign model. Since then, his fans have been calling him ‘Park Co-cu’.

Kim Yuna, who is the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics PR ambassador, also established herself as number one sports star in Korea as she was the ‘figure queen’ during her figure skating career. Kim has also been sponsoring amateur sports by participating Coca-cola’s sports festival ‘Olympic for everyone’.

Does this mean that the government's weird boycott/blacklist of Kim Yuna is over? That's a relief to hear, the queen is absolutely gracious and wonderful in all ways.

And Bogum is such a sweet, nice person, he'll definitely do a good job.

She was blacklisted? She is the ambassador for J.Estina with Bogum since last year. And why the government is boycotting her in the first place?

Sorry it took me so long to respond, but yes she was blacklisted because she refused to participate in something that the former president Park Geun-hye had set up? It was something inane and clearly meant to just make money for the organizers, it was like, calisthenics or something, but she didn't go. And then Park Geun-hye or Choi Soon-shil or whomever was really in charge at the time, blacklisted her for a while.

I really hopes this means that that time is over.

Well, the manager was mia for a couple of his last schedules in January because he's unfit I think. But now he's back. They were cute strolling around Singapore.
