WINGS Behind story by RM

Park Sohyun Love Radio Part 1

Park Sohyun Love Radio Part 2

Wanted to share these because (especially in part 2 of Love Radio) they talk about how their solo songs were made/the thought that went into them, which I found really interesting. Poor Suga not even having a chance to promote First Love lol. Hoping we get more behind stories from all of them, i'd love to hear them talk more about their music.

oh thanks for posting this op, sadly i cant watch on my device for some reason :(

jimin/jk relying so heavily on rm is cute to me idk & i want to hear his weird ant story now too

i personally loved that they all had solo songs, it added a really cool experimental vibe to the album with everyone showing a bit of their own style. my favorite is yoongi of course ♡

bummer it doesnt pass evaluation to be played since this is one of the few songs he has with no cussing lol. maybe it is due to the more sensual~ references in his lyrics? it could be deemed too mature i guess for radio

I think it's because when the piano is reassuring him, the lyric is "bastard".

thank you for posting this op! and for listing your favorite parts, i haven't had the time to watch this yet so i'm going off on gifs + these kind of short summaries :)

i was also a bit skeptical about solo songs but in the end i'm really happy with it, i like most of them a lot - begin is one of my fave songs of the album, and the story behind it adds to the song for me (same with awake)

i really love namjoon talking about this album because i really feel he has had the largest hand in the album out of all of the members - it's obvious it's his baby :)

but yeah i'm curious as to why suga's song cannot be played on the radio?

oh i completely read over that comment, but that totally makes sense :)

rapmon is such a sweet, thoughtful guy, and this comeback he is SO supportive of all the members, complimenting them whenever he finds the possibility. he must be such a constructive producer/ songwriter to work with :)

The part about Begin had me all ㅠ_ㅠ
When RM mentioned Jimin asking him about the narration in the short films, it reminded me of him hyping everyone's teasers/solo activities on twitter haha. He genuinely.. cares.. so.... much... Actual angel. ;;

I really liked listening to RM talk about the album and everyone's contributions. Like someone else mentioned, it's like listening to someone talking about his baby, but when you actually /want/ to hear it.
And I did end up listening to LIE differently, knowing it's actually about Jimin's imposter syndrome. Same with BEGIN. I like the song, but after hearing it was written by RM, in the back left corner of my mind, it always sounded like RM's love song to his own hyungness. I couldn't escape that feeling. After hearing the behind story, it finally became completely Kookie's song.

P.s. did I ever mention how much I love RM's mind/personality/everything?

P.p.s. Gaeko hyung? THAT Gaeko hyung??

I haven't watched Namjoon's vlive with subs yet, but from watching it live yesterday I'm so glad he had the chance to talk about the album's behind-stories--really fascinating and you can tell how much work he (+ all of them!) put into it. And the part where he thanked the fans in English again made me teary. That Hoseok cameo was real cute too.

If anyone needs help accessing the Love Game video, here’s the direct link (https://openload.co/embed/mVY5V7c_GgY/161020_%EB%B0%95%EC%86%8C%ED%98%84%EC%9D%98_%EB%9F%AC%EB%B8%8C%EA%B2%8C%EC%9E%84_%EB%B0%A9%ED%83%84%EC%86%8C%EB%85%84%EB%8B%A8%28BTS%29_FULL.avi.mp4) (you still have disable adblock to get it to work I believe).

I love it when they go on Love Game, she's a fan so the questions are refreshing (not the usual stuff like Hoseok having to explain the meaning behind their group name, though it's fun to see the rest cringe in silence). It’s a shame they couldn’t play First Love, but Yoongi sneaking in bits and pieces of it throughout the show cracked me up. It was great to get more insight on the other solo tracks too. I love them calling each other genius composers/lyricists and such.

Also when Sohyun mentioned how it’s unfortunate Jin has such short parts in BTS songs. YES. Her asking Jimin if he could share some lines did kinda fluster him though (but if you’re straight up looking at line distribution stats, it’s Jungkook). It’s not Jimin/Jungkook’s fault, but I just want the BigHit producers to be more fair with line distribution.

Ahhh okay, that makes more sense then if she's talking about Blood Sweat & Tears.
