This week features two songs that I absolutely adore very much, so I’m very happy. Every week I go through the charts for this Friday in a past year and post the top three songs. Then, I pick out two more from the top ten as honorable mentions. This week, let’s see what topped the charts for the 2nd Friday in October, 2009.

#3 MC Mong “Horror Show”
OMG remember when Tiffany & Yuri hosted Music Core? SNSD was all up in Music Core for so many years! How appropriate this song is with Halloween right around the corner. I kinda remember the MV, but it’s gone now, so here’s one of the few live performances.

#2 T-ara and Supernova “TTL (Time To Love)”
Supernova! Are they still forever promoting in Japan? Anyways, I remember this song! The MV, not so much, but the song I totally remember.

#1 Leessang featuring Jung In “Girl Who Can’t Break Up, Boy Who Won’t Leave”
UGH THIS SONG, UGH THE FEELS. This song is one of those songs that I will stop everything to listen to, it’s just so fucking good. And I love Jung In and her voice in anything, so I might be biased. The MV stars Lee Hyori and Ryu Seung Bum.

Honorable Mentions

#5 Dynamic Duo “Guilty”
I don’t remember this song or the MV at all. The MV is kinda weird. The lyrics are kinda weird. And they’re kinda weird. Fascinating commentary, OP.

#8 Kim Tae Woo “Love Rain”
God, I LOOOOOVVE this song much! It just has like, a great feel to it, if you know what I mean. And when he hits that big note, oh I swoon! I was happy that it was on the charts for so many weeks, I’ve been trying to find a place for it since September.

TTL is one of my favourite KPop songs until now :') Enjoyed LeeSSang's song since it came out. And I feel you, OP, with regards to Love Rain. That big note *_* The song makes me feel very happy. This week was good.
