Someone I read somewhere mentioned a theory that rapper line represents the like inner thoughts of jimin jungkook and v? I kinda see it here at least.

I may be in the minority but I'm living for the theories people have -it makes this comeback more interactive and interesting for me. I'd really love to write an analytical paper based on wings/hyyh for my film analysis class (but there needs to be actual scholarly articles cited in the paper welp) because of how much imagery is used.

Also - did anyone see the video that layered all the five audios from teasers 1-5 over each other and said it made a song? I don't really hear it but it was a pretty interesting listen to me.

I liked this one, but it's as confusing to me as past couple have been, so it'll take time to sink in. The only interesting tidbit I have to share is I paused the video when they showed Hopi's chart, and his diagnosis is "Munchausen Syndrome"

For me it might depend on how it's used (if it's used) in a track. In the context of the video alone though, I think it was really good. Kind of gave off a disturbed-cheerful, everything-is-spinning-out-of-control vibe which I think matched Hope's acting.

Okay, I saw soooo many things in this video.

First of all, that chart. purekpopology already mentioned the syndrome indentified by the doctor, but I also mentioned the "Mood" and "Thought Process" of J-Hope. The doctor described J-Hope's mood as irritable and J-Hope's thought process as illogical and "retarded" (which threw me for a loop b/c ermmmm you're not supposed to use that word, especially as a professional, right?). Is J-Hope ACTING then? Is he not really dealing with mental issues or is he?

Also, that mother pic that was reflected in Taehyung's eyes is the same mother pic that shows up towards the end of J-Hope's film. Therefore, it makes me wonder how "Stigma" and "Mama" are related. Like the stigma of mothers? Stigma towards mothers? I don't know.

There was the reference to wings, paint (like the graffitti?), feathers (from the pillow fight with Jimin), and the blue forest painting as well.

I am going to go out on a limb and say all of them are a part of Jin and when all the circles merge then all of BTS members will merge too. Kind of like various personas of one person (who is Jin).

Otherwise, I am done with theories for now xD LOL!

I see "Mama" and "Eva" relating to Hope's film, because people with his disorder are seeking care/nurturing (things people generally receive primarily from their mothers) by any means necessary, even to the point of hurting themselves to have an excuse to go to the hospital. Maybe it relates to Taehyung's film, because Taehyung didn't have a mother (just an abusive father), so him and Hope can relate to one another in that they're both searching for that parental nurturing?

What is extra about "BTS are making us read and theorize!? What other kpop group does that??" I've been into kpop for 9 years, and I've never read an entire book just because a kpop group mentioned it, but I did for BTS. It seems like a legitimate praise to give.

The "planned from debut" stuff seems pretty extreme I agree though.

Hm the snickers is a reference to the book apparently and not just randomly there. According to people that actually read the book. The main character fakes an illness and the mother gives him chocolate.

The creepiest scene of this whole series to me was when they dumped his room full of pills. I don't know what about it sent shivers don my spine. I have no idea why his circle would merge with Taehyung's instead of Jimin's, same as I have no dea why Namjoon's would merge with Kookie's instead of Taehyung's or Suga's with Jimin's based on the videos themselves...
