let me just comment on my own post. it seems like the pairings are being switched around? yoongi's still had elements of jungkook in it with the car accident and the whistling that was heard in the beginning of his teaser. yet at the end his cirkel became one with jimin's. they'll probably do the same with namjoon & hoseok and then my guess is we will get a solo teaser for jin.

i'm so interested to see where this is going. the title of this video makes everything that much more interesting.

Plus Jungkook's teaser also had the piano on fire and that drawing/painting which I assumed was of Suga - like he saw the accident before it happened/as it was happening?

Jimin's teaser had the piano on fire briefly and there was a road sign - was he the one driving the car?

Tae's so far is the only one to have an actual clip from Danger in his teaser rather than just a visual callback and his is the only one not related to the others that I can tell. Although in the Run M/V he and Jimin were in a hospital room like Jimin was in in his teaser, maybe Jimin was reaching for V who wasn't there?

I thought I had all this ish figured out, and then Big Hit throws a huge curve ball ugh!!

So, at first I was like "oh yoongi? okay weird..." but then I heard the whistle and I was like "yes! this is like in Demian when Sinclair "calls" to his mentors!" but then the bath tub showed up and I was like "uh what? jimin what are you doing here?". Then, yoongi's dot combines with Jimin's, and I got extra confused.

SO. New thoughts: Either 1. This is like a Sens8 thing where they are all mentally/emotionally connected so pairs don't really matter OR 2. They're just giving the members an opportunity to swap around partners to showcase different friendships and/or align with subunits we may see in the album.

The ONLY thing totally clear to me, is that the quote Rapmon narrates is essentially what's happening in the teaser. Yoongi breaks into the music store to play the piano, has second thoughts and leaves, only to be lead back to that place by the car. God is leading him back to himself, because music is a part of who he is.

Sidenote: Yoong is perfect, and super hot, and I love even seeing him sit at a piano *_*.

When I see youtube comments claiming this storyline has been planned all the way from back then and they actually mean it in earnest I feel my soul dying. I'm worried about that; some of the things shown in the mv's seem inconsistent? The thing that's giving me hope that there is a definite plot is the fact that there is apparently a story teller Linn Choi credited and that the connection to Hesse's Demian is really strong.

i feel like this teaser is out of place. like the mood/feeling is a little different from vminkook's?? theirs were more horror/gothic ish imo. but bighit really shocked me because i and most of fandom had expected jin to be next and that rapperline wouldn't show up explicitly (only implicitly)

Yeah, the story still fits, but the visuals are out of place. In the other films, each scene feels like its own universe whereas the store felt like only part of a bigger, less surreal universe.

So I picked up the book and it's not so creepy as it sounds when it's being explained. I did see a few links to the films within the first three chapters so it was fun being in on it.

So far Tae's stigma story stuck with me the most. It could be linked to the Cain and Able motif in the book. The idea that there might me a noble reason to be a brother killer. I realized the man in I NEED U seemed pretty young to be Tae's father
