yesss my darling! her vocals are so amazing, i wish she had more lines (altho this latest album was pretty good in that respect... and all respects) between her and solji exid seriously has some of the most powerful vocals in the whole game
EXID's line distribution is pretty balanced but still kinda perplexing. Like Junghwa gets way too many lines. They should be giving her the Dasom/Yoona treatment , but even those two are better singers than her.
well i like it when each member of a group has an equal number of lines, i dont think kpop music is about showing off vocal talent but giving each member some time to sing whether their voice is soft or powerful. but it seemed like hyerin received so few lines compared to the others in exid's singles, which is strange considering her talent. singing just the first half of the chorus every time is so boring. which is also the treatment they gave the lovely park bom in your icon.
solji was the winner of the show's first "generation"! it was the jumping off point of her popularity in korea (: and ppl are speculating michol's identity is crush...there's been more discussion abt it on the other omona post
i always love the reaction shots of the judges and audience in this show, they are always having some sort of out of body experience because of the singers
hyerin did so well! i always hope she will get more recognition in exid because she's such a good singer and so dorky. also, short hair fits her so well! such an upgrade from her ah yeah hair
that being said, i still haven't listened to their new album..
i just did! it's really solid with some chill jams, i really enjoyed solji and hani's solos, good and no way. l.i.e. is also way better on the second listen :) thanks for the biased advice!
