I'm gonna agree with Tae for BTS since he was my gateway drug.

I think Kookie is also a stan attractor though, at least before people learn his age & then he might become the opposite.

I love Dongwoo more than Sunggyu who i listed but I think he's not pretty enough to attract non-fans? I feel like he's someone you fall for after someone else pulled you in.

I didn't know Xiumin was the oldest! I didn't know he is only one year younger (in fact just months) than me! I'm shocked! I feel like I have been living a lie!

I have no idea how this ipdeok thing works but I'm going to ignore this is about male idols and to guess Sana for Twice, Cao Lu for Fiestar, Hani for EXID, Amber for f(x), Kei for Lovelyz, Yooa for OMG (mostly because she is the one who most people ask who is when they see videos of the group), Bora for Sistar, Hwasa for Mamamoo, SinB for GFriend, Jisook for Rainbow, Bomi for APink, Yubin for Wonder Girls... and this is enough. I was trying to think who would be on AOA but I keep changing my mind.
lol none of those are my bias except for Bora, and well Hani is tied with LE as my bias.

I have to agree with V for BTS (although Jin got me into BTS), but other than that I can't think of anyone else cause when I get into a fandom it usually starts with the music and then I pay attention to the members. Maybe Bobby for iKON and Mino for Winner.

hakyeon certainly got me, lol. sometimes i spare ken a glance but it's been nothing but cha for me since day one hahaha

i feel so strange when i see people refer to their bias or an ipdeol... like i tend to think of bands in terms of music i liked from them or dramas they were in that i liked? hakyeon was more the exception than the rule. for example, i got into infinite through reply 1997 and shut up flower boy band, b1a4 through reply 1994, and bts because literally no one could shut up about them and i wanted to know what was up with all of the crazy theories about hyyh. yes, individual members technically drew me in, but it was more being interested in their day jobs than it was in them as individuals?

the exception is hakyeon and jackson, i guess! i ended up falling ass deep into vixx, but jackson is still the only member i consistently appreciate and like besides bambam

Not sure about K-pop but in J-pop, Arashi in particular, MatsuJun has always been the gateway for everyone. But once you're in the fandom, you always move away to the other members lol (Oh-chan in particular). Arashi has really interesting and distinct personalities and great group dynamic (perhaps the strongest I have ever seen in any group), so you can only know how awesome each of the members are ONCE, you're in the fandom.
