le sounded great but solji killed it! i wish hani would go back to her second best vocalist position; she's actually better than hyerin but it seems like she can't even show it anymore.

are we? i don't use omona/k-netizens as a measuring stick because they like to pretend to be american idol judges who are above trashy concepts and/or human rights lawyers bashing women under the guise of feminism than just relax to enjoy some cheeky bops.

BUT YES. THE STYLING AND ALL THEIR STAGES. I WANT TO OWN EVERYTHING FROM THEIR STAGES (the body suit, the boxing robes, the jerseys, they've been looking so high budget lol) and hot pink must be resonating with people because it has almost 5mill views within a week anyway.

i'm pretty sure lol, it's either "this is about prostitution!!!!" to "this is boring they've already done this!!!!"

but yeah i LOVE the outfits they're so fierce, perfectly playing out the concept of the song. plus the girls are really bringing it every performance has been full of energy. i know a lot of people not into kpop that i've shown the song to that love it for the 90s feel/bop-ness to it.

they're really establishing a unique sound. i mean not everyone has to like it but if you don't like it, you don't like it. no need to feign some social justice agenda when EXID is probably one of the few groups out there who have a lot of agency when it comes to their sound, concepts and image. and then there are those who act like they should be above trying to survive and make a living by producing less mainstream bops/follow a seemingly successful formula. like stfu, you weren't going to support them by buying their music either way lol. anyway, i love that they go hard on the remixing and hip hop influence because they have a bomb producer and a credible rapper/composer in LE. i also love that their sexy concept is on the burlesque/cheeky side rather than the icky, shady lolita.

Gosh, you gotta like Hot Pink. I can't stop listening to it since it came out. Believe me, EXID can release Careless Whisper or whatever and people will find a way to say it sounds like Up and Down.
