Super Junior′s Eunhyuk Says Final Farewell to Fans

Super Junior′s Eunhyuk entered the army to cheers from his fans.

Eunhyuk exchanged final farewells with fans outside the 102nd Reserve Forces in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province on October 13 at 12:40 p.m. KST. His fellow Super Junior members Leeteuk and Kangin were also at the scene.

Eunhyuk said, "Thank you for coming all this way in the cold. As a Korean man, I will faithfully fulfill my military duties and return."




He continued by saying, "I will fulfill my military service well during the year and nine months. I love you, and thank you for cheering me on," as tears welled up in his eyes before ending with a bow.

Hundreds of fans gathered at the scene on this day, demonstrating Eunhyuk′s popularity as a hallyu star. Fans held up placards reading ′We will wait in that summer.′

Meanwhile, Donghae will enlist on October 15, and Choi Siwon will enlist in November.





Yesung also posted photos on Twitter of a farewell party attended by SJ members, TVXQ's Changmin, SHINee's Minho, and EXO's Suho and Chanyeol.

Donghae's hair ;_; he looks like he'll be rocking the short do.
Hyuk on the other hand, isn't. and without all that makeup and hair, fresh face ain't workin for him.

Makes me happy to see Changmin, Minho, Suho and Chanyeol at the farewell party. KangTeukYeye showing up made sense they've always been close to HaeHyuk. And I knew Minho and Changmin were close to HaeHyuk too. Didn't know Suho and Chanyeol were close tho since Hae usually hangs out with Sehun more.

Chanyeol seems to hang around Yesung so much lately, same as Donghae. So maybe thay kinda form a closer bond.
Dunno about Suho though, I think he's close with Kyu & Minho... so maybe he is somehow in that circle of friends.

Idk if those comments are from his actual fans or just regular netz who don't really give a shit about him, but I'm amazed that some people think it really makes him look more sympathetic to make IU look like crap. In the end it just reflects really badly on him if it is his fans.

You're right. I doubt that all of them (or even a majority of them) are fans of Hyuk, they're likely just seizing this opportunity to trash IU.

I wish that instead we could examine the belief that it's perfectly acceptable to attempt to ruin someone's career over the simple fact that they're dating and having consensual sex, but I won't hold my breath or anything.

Ryewook has to go next year, but Kyuhyun has moe time since he's 88'liner.
Just now Kyuhyun has solo cb, then I assume they will push KRY more and let the "senior" line do they own stuff bc yeah, they got the best voices avilable but I forsee the full cb with Eunhae coming back bc they're their best performers/hugely popular ones and I feel like without them it would huge gap and no concept able to glue the others and who would dance lol

I thought as a fan this would be more hard but then the farther I stay from fandom and Twitter the more level-headed I get, I guess. :P

I'm very proud of him signing up as an active duty soldier,I've always said that I will give him a stink eye if he enlists anything less than active duty, especially since he's the best dancer in the group and I remember how popular he became with his Dream Team guestings.

I'll miss you Hyukjae, take care of yourself in the military and make me and your fans proud! I guess I just have to wait for Yesung's solo to drop, since my only interest in Kpop will be gone for the next 2 years. XD
