Lol why is this show so graphic these days? but SO GOOD. I love Kim Tae Hee sfm. Her scenes have been more intense than most of the action sequences. She adds a lot of strength and warmth to Yeo Jin that aren't in the writing imo.

The last few episodes were so underwhelming, even the product placement is really obvious. Just another proof that I should avoid medical dramas after Doctor Stranger.

Koreans are bad at doing medical dramas. If you want realistic ones, Japanese medical dramas are pretty much accurate with real life situation. :)

It was that bad. Like I can pick what's wrong with pretty much every medical scene in this drama. And I have encounter more than once in kdramas that they even put the oxygen mask upside down. UPSIDE DOWN! X_X

Okay, probably you are right. Good doctor (despite how boring it is) probably wasnt that bad..

haha I wasn't a Yamapi fan so I have yet to watch that drama. But my sister said the medical stuffs in Code Blue is pretty accurate.

My fave will be JIN/JIN 2. I love the drama and the medical part of the drama is so amazing! Or Iryu (Medical Team Dragon) -- I watched it long long time ago but remember how good it was. :)

i'm not a big fan of yamapi either but i really like gakky (aragaki yui) so i tried. idk about medical accuracy but the characters were pretty lifeless and that's dealbreaker.

about jin, i read dramabeans' recaps of korean ver and the drama seemed so ridic and character so dumb it's a wonder he still lives. but apparently japanese is way better, so i'll def check it out. thank you :)

Dont you ever touch Jin Korean version since I only hear bad things about the drama.

The Japanese ones are soo good. Very popular when it was aired and the ratings were really high for both seasons. Plus, I like Ayase Haruka so I enjoyed the drama very much. The second girl kicks ass so you gonna like her too. :)

I have faith that this drama will get better. It ended on a good note at the end of the last episode as Kim Tae Hee's character made her way back to the hospital. Maybe now she will exact revenge on all those that have wronged her! And just in time too because my patience was running out with that countryside stuff.

ikr, I wasn't expecting Kill Bill-style roaring rampage of revenge from a network kdrama but these last couple of eps made me feel the way I would have felt if the Bride had woken up out of her coma and basically forgotten all about any kind of revenge.

(on a smaller scale, that is).

I actually like that she do not want revenge but opt to do that instead after she listened to her father's last words. There's no turning back right now since she will go hard on her brother after this.

But I agree on the pace. It shocked me how the writer hold and prolong the plot since the last 4 episodes. :O

I'm dissapointed! What actually happened to the writing? The inexperience really shows. T_T I literally couldn't believe that they kind of spent the entire 9 episode frolicking around ahahaha. I really love all the romantic scenes but I guess it is too long and a lot. Usually we yearns for the main leads to be together so bad since the hardships keep getting in way for them, but here it happened too fast (only after one hardship) and a aloooooot that it loose its sparks.

Plus, plus I really cant with the medical treatments. The graphic stuffs are amazing but I wonder whether the writer consult any doctor for all the medical scenes. Hanshin hospital should be close with all malpractices going around since episode 1 and they should have done time slip (at least 1 year) so Yoojin can recover realistically since there no way that she could walk/stand after 3 years of coma.

Mask stays the best drama this year. With how things are going right now, there's no way this one can top it tbh. I do hope the plot will move after this since really, the first few episodes are so great. What went wrong? :(

last week I'd read so many bad comments about ep 9 and 10 that it made me reluctant to watch, scared for the incoming disappointment I guess. I watched them last night and I don't know if it was bc I'd lowered my expectations but I generally really liked the two eps and I'm thrilled for this week's eps. I've been looking forward to Yeojin's revenge plans to kick in for weeks already. Though for a bit I got worried we won't get them, thank god she changed her mind (lol)

Ep 9 was a clear kdrama example of the calm before the storm. Cramming all the cheesiness and sweetness into one ep before cruelly breaking it all down. Though imo there was a bit too much of sweetness or it's just me who doesn't fully feel the intense romance yet.

The medical treatments have started to get a big ridiculous, In the first eps it looked pretty okay but now I can imagine that real doctors who have time to watch this show get headaches from it. I shouldn't but sometimes I can't help but laugh at it. The scenes are supposed to be really exciting but here I am questioning all of it though Joowon is doing a good job at selling it.

Oh man, I know Director Lee is one really shady guy but I can't help feeling bad for that guy. Ohh the ways of money and power. Director Go scares the hell out of me, that's one very creepy ajusshi o_O and Chairman Han doesn't notice he's playing right into his creepy hands. It's foolish of him to think he's still completely in control of the situation.

I'm so glad that little sis is finally getting her treatment in the US. I was getting worried they'd use her against Taehyun. *sigh* at daddy thinking he has the right to hit and curse at Taehyun when he's been away for a long time and has a history of hitting his wife (and children?) and drinking himself into oblivion...*sigh* oh well, with little sis gone, I don't see this storyline getting much air anymore.

phewww, I can't wait until ep 11 and 12 this week! let the revenge beginnnn \o/

same, there hasn't been a single ep I didn't like and now I honestly don't get the disappointment the show is getting apparently. You can't expect dramatic fighting scenes in a hospital every single episode lol. These two eps brought the necessary calm in between. The acting has been good too, this might be one of Kim Taehee's best projects yet imo.
