Cast: Joo Won, Kim Tae Hee, Jo Hyun Jae, Chae Jung Ahn, Jeong Wung In

Plot: Kim Tae Hyeon (Joo Won) is a talented surgeon. Desperate for money to pay his sister's medical bills, he adopts the code name Yong Pal and offers his medical skills to those in need of medical attention but who cannot do so publicly, dealing with gangsters and corrupt plutocrats. It is while making such a house call that Tae Hyeon rescues "sleeping beauty" Han Yeo Jin (Kim Tae Hee), a chaebol heiress, from a medically-induced coma, leading to unintended consequences.

i wouldn't be surprised, like the weekend before the production presentation for cantabile (basically they invite all the reporters to introduce the drama and have the cast and director answer any questions and show highlight previews etc) joo won's agency invited select number of reporters to a private pension for the weekend, serving them food and giving them private interviews - joo won was definitely in the pictures grilling meat for them etc
it stirred up some controversy and disappointment from the production staff since he was basically spoiling the official premier event for them

that plus the flood of terrible reviews of shim eun kyung after the drama (which, to an extent, made sense) and bunch of articles on how joo won is the only saving grace of the show, shim eun kyung should be ashamed etc etc made people think if joo won's agency doesn't give jack shit about his work as long as he comes out well-received.
