I feel like there should be a rule against winning as a no-show just because encores are a lot of fun. I just remember when it was Big Bang vs EXO and both groups were never there....

At the same time, it allows the lesser-known groups to get their faces out there and hopefully hit it big if they're not part of a big company.

Me too, but SHINee did win twice out of the other shows they were on, so it's not as though MTTM and all its wonderful choreo, stages and costumes were ignored. Every time they performed it they owned the show.

Bitter that Wonder Girls still hasn't won anything. Also, they were amazing in the special stage. Yubin's low voice! Where the instruments live? It looked like! And Lim's solo omg.
I love this new BIG BANG song... but I don't like when the winners aren't there lol. It isn't fun.
I don't know if SHINee will get proper rest but I hope so... performing with injuries isn't right, even just three weeks.
And, finally, GFriend special stage was a bit bland? I'm sure they could have chosen a more ~lively~ song and slayed it.

Yes they sounded decent, which is a good sign in itself lol. I guess they didn't have the time to do something more elaborate, but idk, both singles and performances are so good so far, seeing them so still is a bit weird.
Maybe that's also because they lack experience ? Usually they're dancing around, while here they didn't seem to know what to do. Ah, they'll get better :)
