Afaik, TS has to resubmit their statement or something because they have no/little evidence on their part. News articles have been saying that TS has little to no chance of winning the lawsuit

I love how they tried to drag this out only to shoot themselves in the foot cause they clearly have no explanation for where that money and neither do they have any evidence, I bet they were doing some shady stuff like having loads of black money or evading taxes (thats what I am assuming) and this lawsuit is putting them in that danger of bringing that out in the open.

I miss these boys so much. I'm not used to them being so active on social media! It seemed like they were only really active when they were promoting and/or on tour, and even then, it still wasn't that much. And I'm glad they have friends! I think before this, MyName were really their only idol friends? (am having delusions of them possibly joining H2 Media LOL)
