The moment I saw Hwijae face after the father sat alone for a photo, I knew what it was going on. I cried...

I don't usually give attention to Hwijae and the twins ,but this episode was very touching. No matter what, you can never be prepared even when you know its coming and hopefully, he'll live long enough to see them grow up.

Episodes with grandparents are always touching but this one was so sad. I hope the twins will say "grandfather" soon.

Wa Ilgook's father was even more handsome than him.

I wonder if Sarang and Yuto have a native English teacher. I know Yuto only said 2 words but the letter "r" is really had to pronounce in English and it is repeated twice in "trick or treat". I was impressed.

I forgot I watched this episode already on some youtube channel and was excited. ugh. I was in tears multiple times throughout this whole episode. I almost quit at the part with Hwijae's dad. I just knew they were going to say "In loving memory". Ugh, my heart hurt at all the sad news.

But besides the sadness the kidren were adorable and funny and lovely as always lol. Song Minguk is a literal angel, I cannot with him and numbers.
I watched the part with ManSe being scared of his own reflection like 4 times and it never stopped being hilarious.

so his dad did pass away already? i didn't get that sense when i was watching their part at all, that's so heartbreaking :( i was holding back tears watching their segment already... i thought he was just sick or whatever.

no, no, no. his dad didn't pass away. at least not that they said anything in the episode. i just meant that with the music and the way they were framing the scene it seemed like they were going to say he had died.

he is sick, idk what he has but they talked about him being sick in a previous episode.

phew, that's good and i'm really glad to hear that. i *still* haven't caught up with the current episodes and tbh i don't know if i ever will lol.

also idk but i'm not surprised that he is sick, although it shocked me how frail he looked in the segment compared to the earlier episodes :/ (i'm on ep30 rn). i hope he recovers and lives long enough not only to hear them calling him grandpa but also to see other milestones in the twins' lives.

Sarang has matured so much. She used to be such a brat but now she's a lot more mellow. It's cute. Loved her costume.

Love the triplets as usual. I have a soft spot for Daehan. And the twins' segment was so sad :/

All the tears during the entire time with Hwijae and his dad.
I am ready for the hilariousness and adorableness that is Sarang and the triplets after this week's episode.
But we are closer and closer to Haru/Tablo leaving and I'm already sad.

As much as I love Taewoong on 1N2D, I was hoping they'd recruit a father with an older child.
The entire cast of children are under 5.
An older child or older children would balance out the segments like when Hyunsung's children were on.
But we'll see how Taewoong's segments go.
