That is a creepy ass picture. Who are those men? Are they bodyguards? Do they need that many bodyguards? What's with the arm bands? Did someone die? Why can't I see spazzy yum yum clearly? He's sooo widdle, don't they know he needs to be up front? So many questions.
I gave them those names after all those pics in New York when they were getting ready to launch. I didn't watch win or winner tv, so it was just based on the pics alone. They actually turned out pretty accurate, lol. Spazzy yum yum is jinwoo, captain fancypants is mino, honeyblossom is taehyun, maroon 5 is seungyoon, and seunghoon is dave.
Those black armbands are weird. Aren't they usually a sign of mourning? Also everyone's in Black or shades of grey; it looks more like a funeral than a conference...
i appreciate king taehyun in the front where he belongs. they need to announce if they're going to have american tour dates so i can save money now/make excuses for why im traveling
They complain a lot but it's usually pretty justified. I mean, does it really make sense for Winner to do a tour when they have like one album/12 songs to their name??
Another album (or mini) and then having a tour would have been better option. But YG's going for this fan-meeting/concert hybrid thing (I guess it will more like a showcase?) to make a few quick bucks.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong but aren't fan-meetings usually free?
Incles whine about the official YG twitter not posting some of Winner's performances or magazine spreads, but ignore the fact that Winner's debut was probably the best done debut in years in terms of the album design, all the official goodies, the tons of variety appearances, magazine spreads and cfs. Like what more do people want?
And tbh whining about Winner having a tour after one album is ridiculous, i understand when fans complain about their faves NOT touring but whining about their faves having concerts?? That's the epitome of whining.
Winner have been doing stuff continously since they debuted, even now when they're not promoting they're still doing tons of stuff and we get pictures and news almost every day. What will the whiners do when Winner gets locked in the basement to prepare for the next album??
I think most Incles have been bitter since YG pushed their debut until August/ so they can't help but feel defense (or wary, kind of?) in a way. Although, their debut was very well done, the short promotions, lack of domestic activities say otherwise. It wasn't until near the end of the Japanese tour that they came back with Don't Flirt (like the end of Sept, right?), all those magazine spreads, Weekly idol (but what variety appearances besides that one though? the MNET wide thing?) etc. And if we're talking about activities now, then that's a completely different story.
I think a lot of the recent complaining is definitely unnecessary but I guess I understand their reasoning when it comes to the tour. It really doesn't make much sense to have a tour with one album worth of material (10 songs + maybe Go Up and Missing you cover?). They haven't even built a big enough Korean fanbase yet (based on domestic album sales) and they're already sending them "world-wide".
Personally, I would've preferred a mini at least and THEN a concert. If they need to be sent back to the basement to produce that album than I'm ok with it. Of course, that's my own opinion though. And, of course, I won't complain if they head my way for the tour.
Nah they get up in arms about everything. Some of the tantrums I've seen are so ridiculous. Thankfully it's not all the fans, just a couple of people, but it's getting annoying, esp when the fans are spouting wrong info.
I know what you mean lol I see it on my timeline all the time (definitely not everyone). A lot of it really is unnecessary but I guess I can see where they're coming from about the tour this time.
