The "one move to remember" is actually a pretty smart commercial move cause the fans can follow and feel like they belong. It's a way to connect.
Johnny's have their "finger dance", even to this day I can still do the "Cherish" choreo...

Kara's comeback song has been slowly growing on me, I didn't like it at all at first but now I have it in my head.

Western pop stars are so lazy. Alot of them have no passion for music or dance. I miss the 90s and early 00s.

I agree about Girl groups catering to male fans and failing. But Kpop in general doesn't follow that idea. Look at AKB48 for instance, the most popular group in the world and they're catered to men. A Pink is male driven too.

One group that caters to both is AOA, they've become really popular and have a ton of girls who listen to them. So you have to hit the right balance.

Inner circles are not gonna calm lol. Lol I agree that Winner and Team B rivalry is the worst. I hope they both can learn to love each other. As for Pink Punk, apparently rumour is that they're gonna debut in 3rd quarter of 2015 which is shit.

I do think that Winner fans should leave it. Team B need a fandom, there's no point not letting them go on stage and some IC people saying both groups hate each other are moronic.

Winner and Team B are under the same company meaning they trained together. If they hate each other then Team B would have left YG after the show was over.
YG doesn't know how to schedule his artists/groups' promotions and heavily involved in the production of each artist/group, which slows down releasing new singles, minis, and full albums. On top of that, YG has had only Big Bang and 2ne1. He doesn't have multiple male/female groups. Big Bang can promote the way they do is solely due to GD, who is involved with the developing each album. 2ne1 doesn't have a writer, producer within its group, so they don't promote as much. YG doesn't bother AKMU because he doesn't know much about their music style and Epik High because they have been established before him.
YG has 7 active groups and 3 solos with more than one album.
SM has more artist/groups and tries to promote them even when they overlap each other's promotion schedule.

Imo,the success of YG reality shows is due to the fact his artist/groups rarely go on variety shows and fans want to get to know members, know their personality, and see what type of person he/she is.

2NE1 does have a writer in CL who is trying to cultivate herself as the next GD in terms of carrying their group. 2ne1's album was finished WELL before it was released and was constantly pushed back for reasons that haven't been fully expressed. I otherwise totally agree that Papa YG has no idea how to properly manage his artists.

I think the shows would be successful even if they were on variety because he runs them mostly just before debut, or just after debut where everything this still fresh. Even if they went on variety those shows would still sell well because they are like a first look at the wave of the future in YG.
