If you want to hear any of her albums, I'd recommend starting with Supersonic (her first post-lawsuit work)! Then work around to the Just Listen and Subsonic minis :D
Albums-wise, all of her post-lawsuit works are great (Supersonic, Just Listen, and Subsonic in that order). I'd definitely recommend Supersonic (it's my #1 album forever), and if you like the sound of any of that I'd go on to her second full album Someday and then the Just Listen and Subsonic minis. Younha's touched upon basically every single genre too (jazz, lots of rock, some hip-hop and EDM, epic non-formulaic ballads, etc.) so if there's anything in particular you like I could rec you something in particular too :D

Honestly, I'm hard-pressed to pick a favorite because it's hard to find an album of hers that I don't like...and PDTSILY has really great songs like Just Today and I Cry on it too!
Her style has changed quite a bit since her debut, but I still enjoy Houki Boshi (http://youtu.be/8nQm9RN9J7w) from her first Japanese album if I need something more upbeat!

Clear Skies In Seoul All Day Today (much better title in Korean wow this is really wordy) is a beyond-great performance. The last live was at a concert w/ LQ fancams, so this HD version is lovely *___*
So much nostalgia ;_; Idk, I'm really looking forward to the next EH album but I'm scared it's gonna be another 99; full of pop-ish songs and the title songs having YG features. One of the things I loved about them was their collaborations with K-indie artists.
