YG Entertainment’s newest rookie group WINNER will be revealing their Japanese debut album on September 10!
On August 15, YG Entertainment announced the release date for the upcoming album, along with more information about the songs included in the album.
WINNER’s “2014 S/S Japan Collection“ will contain all of the tracks that are in their Korean debut album “2014 S/S,” in addition to “Go Up” and “Just Another Boy,” which they have previously showcased on the Mnet show “WIN: Who is Next.”
The group’s debut album in Japan will include a total of 11 songs—all in Japanese—with member Song Min Ho’s solo song “I’m Him,” as an additional bonus track.
WINNER is currently gaining increasing amounts of popularity, not only within Korea but also overseas, as they continue to sweep first place on music charts and receive recognition for their songwriting and composing abilities.
Along with their Japanese debut album release, the group will be opening up their official concert tour ‘WINNER 1st Japan Tour 2014’ on September 11. They will be heating up the stage all throughout Japan, including Tokyo, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Nagoya, and Osaka, for a total of 11 shows.
Meanwhile, WINNER will be meeting viewers for the very first time through a music program on the August 17 broadcast of SBS’ “Inkigayo,” so don’t forget to tune in!
1. [+747, -20] Why does YG only go to Japan ㅋㅋ
2. [+563, -23] They should do a concert in Korea ㅜㅜ
3. [+476, -50] I love Empty so much. It's daebak, Winner ^^
4. [+461, -58] They seem to be getting really big at such a fast pace. Though I'm not a fan.
5. [+413, -49] I really like their songs a lot. They'll do amazing.
6. [+76, -2] Sajangnim ㅜㅜㅜㅜ Winner and Big Bang aren't Japanese artists ㅠㅠ Please let them promote a lot in Korea too ㅠㅠ
7. [+75, -2] I think it'll be hard for them to adjust their mentality if they get so much attention right from the start... If you get popular fast, it can all go away fast too... They should focus on keeping their fans.
8. [+68, -1] It hasn't been that long since they've debuted and now off to Japan.....;; Anyway, work hard and do well^o^
9. [+69, -2] A lot of people know them in Korea so I don't think it'll be too late even if they go to Japan.
10. [+61, -6] YG wins first place for disappointing fans. Seriously, if you're going to like a YG artist, you might as well be stanning an international artist. This is an anger that only YG fans know of.
