I do not classify myself as a fan, but I like their (Japanese) sound very much, main vocal's Japanese is very good and their lives are enjoyable and high quality.
Bought the album and will most likely attend a concert this summer :)

Some lyrics in this album are very good.
Members participated in some ways on the music/lyrics following songs: Find the way [JH], Eyes on me [JH], Born to be a rock'n roller [HG], Morning coffee [JJ], Last love song [JJ], On my way [HG].

Beautiful and On my way are great tracks. Find the way is NG for being flat and repetitive and Eyes on me is only slightly better. Vocals are fine, but the music, lyrics and arrangement in these two songs aren't up to standard.

Can I know why you dont consider yourself as a fan? Is it because their personalities are not to your liking? If you bought an album, plan to go to a concert, praise and love their music -- to me that already made you a fan! :D

Because while I like their music (because it's actually jpop-jrock and not carbon copies), I can't really think of myself as a fan of the group because I don't think I actually can even name them if they're not behind their instruments.. ;)
Personalities... I don't believe you can judge a celebrity's personality based on public appearances, but there are some quite unflattering mentions of the bassist and the rhytm guitarist regarding their private behaviour in their mixi thread. That's neither here or there though, really.
The main vocal is a sweetheart, he is friends with some Japanese stars that I like and carries the group a lot in their activities but other than that (and the WGM global edition last year that I watched), I don't follow the group really.
I think to be a fan of a group one should at least follow their activities and be able to name the members. So I guess that I casually support them in small ways.

Choi Jonghun is a genius! he wrote and composed this song. he know how to bring out the best quality of Hongki's voice. this song is just amazing! pure eargasm to my ears.

I hate Yonghwa so I didn't wanna bring him into it because of my bias.
That being said, you are completely right. Flower Rock is still my all time favourite FTI song. I feel like their Japanese songs have so much more life and they enjoy themselves more.

Waiting for my album so I haven't heard all of the new songs.
I REALLY like Arigato tho. Does sound a bit like shiawaseori so maybe that's why i like it. It sounds very japanese that's for sure. Love it
